“After reading several negative posts I was nervous if I was going to received the large leaner mirror I ordered for my daughter in one piece. But I have to say that from the voice message I received from Julie wanting to schedule the delivery & me calling back scheduling a 12:00pm - 3:00pm delivery their were no issues. I asked if the driver could call me prior to him heading to my address & Julie said not a problem. I received that call from Armando at 12:30pm stating that he would be at the place of delivery in 20 minutes. When he arrived he was very friendly & took extreme care unloading this mirror out of his large van truck. I'm writing this review today because the experience I had with Mountain Valley Express on Dec. 1, 2020 was "excellent" from start to finish. Thank you, Lee!”

“I rely on the Manteca Staples printing department for fast printing of marketing materials for tradeshows and events. I'm grateful for their staff - Monica, for example - being highly capable, thoughtful and reliable. They have the equipment and expertise it takes to create powerful displays in short order. I try to give them 24 hours because if I want their best effort, I know they need me to give them time. Oh, and they make their deadlines too.”

“If you are coming from I-5 take exit french camp and gps will take you to B st but dont go to that take turn on Alitalia ave and staples gate will be on your right first warehouse on that street hop in and gurad will check you in if you are delivering got to the back side and before docks receiving door is there ring door bell door opens and she ll check you in if you are on appointment time they ll give u door right away if not they ll ask to wait or give door if they have but first in first out according to appointment time once got door dont slide tendems once unloaded they ll give u paperwork at your door they normally take haf hour or 45 min depends”
“Edited my review after finally reaching someone at the terminal that could help. I also was advised that I was working w/ Yellow Freight corporate customer service because my calls to the terminal were being forwarded to them. After finally making direct contact w/ the terminal manager my problems have been resolved. Yellow is moving towards centralized customer service. From my experience w/ other carriers that have gone this direction it may not work well for their customers.”

“The Tuxedo Park Post Office is one of the calmer and more orderly locations in Stockton. While lines can build up during peak hours due to limited staffing, the overall experience is smooth. The staff is respectful, efficient, and handles service promptly within the constraints of a smaller team.”

I had been down rabbit hole after rabbit hole trying to get my new computer to speak to my “mature” printer and just kept running into issue after issue without any hope of success. “Came here for my wife's passport renewal. She was greeted with Chris. Nice guy! Very communicative, professional, and even offered water. Jojie was accurate and ensured all the paperwork and documentation was correct and looked for errors. She did not make my wife feel rushed out. She also communicated everything, including the length of wait for the new passport and when they may send back the original documents. Both Chris and Jojie were amazing. All the staff were smiling and the environment itself was just welcoming, unlike other postal offices we've been to. Highly recommend making your way here to avoid angry, bitter USPS employees. Their customer service is beyond excellent! Great job, French Camp USPS employees!”
