“It’s my first time here in this UPS location.
Arielle was so helpful. Best customer support and service I have ever received from any UPS store. I did 2 amazon returns and I thought I was going to be there longer since it was already getting busy and the lines of customers were starting to get long. She helped me buy a box for one of my items and printed out my label. I didn’t know the size of the box I needed and I was going to package the item myself and get back in line afterwards, but she told me to bring the item in from my car and help package it for me. I noticed she helped the customer behind me when I was getting my packages in my car. She has amazing time management. I was out of there in 5 minutes with the help she gave and customers did not wait too long in line.”

They're extremely helpful and always find the best deals through all mail carriers, whether that be USPS, FedEx, etc. Today, I had to mail several packages for my team across the US and they were able to find the best deal and still make the expected delivery time I was looking for. I had been down rabbit hole after rabbit hole trying to get my new computer to speak to my “mature” printer and just kept running into issue after issue without any hope of success. Her suggestion was simple AND IT WORKED! Staples is a well organized and well supplied store with the most helpful and knowledgeable staff you could hope for. 100% recommend.”
“Edited my review after finally reaching someone at the terminal that could help. I also was advised that I was working w/ Yellow Freight corporate customer service because my calls to the terminal were being forwarded to them. After finally making direct contact w/ the terminal manager my problems have been resolved. Yellow is moving towards centralized customer service. From my experience w/ other carriers that have gone this direction it may not work well for their customers.”

“I came in for a notary with no appointment and Rikki still took the time to help me. He was supposed to go on his lunch but instead assisted me and the other 20 customers that came walking through the door (and he even took the time to greet them). It’s not often when you see workers truly wanting to help the customers. The store was packed and I know how overwhelming it could get, especially when you’re trying to go on lunch, but he handled it with grace and a smile on his face. I hope his boss reads this and gives him a raise because he is the definition of customer service!”

“Came here for my wife's passport renewal. She was greeted with Chris. Nice guy! Very communicative, professional, and even offered water. Jojie was accurate and ensured all the paperwork and documentation was correct and looked for errors. She did not make my wife feel rushed out. She also communicated everything, including the length of wait for the new passport and when they may send back the original documents. Both Chris and Jojie were amazing. All the staff were smiling and the environment itself was just welcoming, unlike other postal offices we've been to. Highly recommend making your way here to avoid angry, bitter USPS employees. Their customer service is beyond excellent! Great job, French Camp USPS employees!”
