I've noticed some reviews here are scathing. After going to this post office several times, here's what I've noticed:
If you don't treat them with basic human respect, they will not mindlessly treat you like a god, as unfortunately American culture has made people expect from customer service.
I've seen people get really upset when the workers are enforcing federal laws that might feel similar to a consumer. But don't blame the workers for doing what they have to do. They're not out to get you.
These folks have always been friendly and kind to me, and they will to you, too! But if you come in raging, you might be surprised to find people aren't interested in just taking it with a smile.”
“This is a major UPS hub. If you do not work here, you CAN NOT get inside the building. Absolutely no shipping and receiving is done for the public here. You can not pick up your packages here.”
