The atmosphere in this AAA is amazing! From the young lady greeting everyone at the front door, my amazing new friend, Bill, and the cool car on the wall that my son loved! I will always stop at this AAA when I'm in the area or if I don't want to deal with the overcrowded DMV, and that never!

I had a few hours of spontaneous self care time. I've been having severe neck, shoulder and back pain. Normally go to med spas for my massages but I was a bit desperate for relief and was looking for something flexible on time, quick and inexpensive. I've heard so many great things about this business and I was around the corner so l called and asked if they had chair massages and how long the wait was. The lady was kind and mentions the times/ prices and said there was no wait.
Arrived around 1120am they were not busy. They have a log sheet in the front desk. You choose the massage type, minutes, pace and intensity.
I had a chair, 40 mins, slow placed, level 4 intensity. I was taken to the massage chair after I filled out the sign in sheet.
My masseur was nice. It was my first chair massage. Later during the massage I realized since my neck was also a problem the chair massage provided no neck support and it might have contributed a bit more to my previous pain from the pushing and pressure movements from the massage. I felt he did more of a deep tissue massage. If that was a level 4 l'm curious as to what a level 7 is. I felt I received the opposite of the slow placed I had requested. I definitely felt I was kung fu-ed by his elbows. Sore for a few days and felt there's not much relief from my initial pain. Perhaps a 30min instead of a 40min massage would have been sufficient with that type of speed and intensity.
He gave me a cold water bottle after. They also changed $1.00 card fee.
Overall solid 3.5. I would consider coming back and giving them another try. Perhaps choosing a different method and changing my intensity to a lower level. I'm happy to see they offer foot massages, that I would also like to try.

Stopped in for passport photos. We immediately taken to an agent. He took our photos and we walked out within 12 minutes of walking in. $19.50 for two people. Great experience. Thanks.

Nice people working here! My only problem with Triple A is that all their regions of the club should be EXACTLY the same....Example! Northern California is slightly different when it comes to the details...of course what they offer in membership packages are the same, but the fine details are not!
