She answered all my questions through text before I came in to test drive and finalize things. Mario helped me when I got there to show me vehicles and test drive it to make sure I was happy and getting exactly what I was looking for. Not only did they take care of the issue I had with my car but they went above and beyond in every area of customer service you could imagine! This repair took almost 2 months! But not by their fault. When they were able to get started after the warranty company delivered on their promises their work only took a few days! So I have a lot of experience with this company! From the very first moment when I called and spoke with Kimber in the front office I knew I was in great hands. I called Lithia Subaru first and the woman who answered was so rude and indifferent I decided to try calling another business and I am so glad I did! “I took my slow leaking alloy wheel and tire off of my Vette into wheel king. Ron took care of me and it wasn't more than about 5 min and he confirmed that the leak was at the bead. It took them not more than about 15 maybe 20 min after that to grind off the erosion on the inside of the rim that was causing my leak. And to my surprise as I waited the other gentlemen at the counter that I conversed with turns out to be the owner Greg working at the front counter and I believe he said 42 years strong and counting! Its not often you find the owner of such a prestigious business working the front counter providing top notch service as Greg was! Both Greg and Ron had old school work ethic and I was super impressed with the service from the moment I walked in the store as well as the amazing display of wheels and tires. This place is the ultimate hook-up for your wheel and tires needs!”
“I always come here for my oil change. They make sure to tell you what is almost due and or needed, meanwhile the others are providing the services. Literally takes 15min majority of times. And usually for me that includes them changing air filter, oil change and adding wipers.”

“This family-owned business Adan said that’s existed for 13 years has served my family 2x already replacing our vehicles’ tires! They gave us excellent professional and friendly customer service! My husband called their shop first asking for availability of the tires for my Honda Accord, and they were available and so we headed right away before they closed and they installed the tires in less than 15 minutes showing us first the tires and explaining it’s warranty in miles! My husband and I like the friendly atmosphere of their shop which is neat and clean and has a large inventory of tires!! We felt like our needs were taken cared of! We’ll definitely come back here and even refer our friends to their shop!!”
“My jeep catalytic converter got plugged up and my Jeep would barely go over 50 miles an hour. I called and talked to Chris at 6:30 in the morning. He said bring it in by 7:30 and he could get it fixed. They replaced my catalytic converter and my muffler and I had left their shop by 10:00. Great service I will definitely use them again.”
