This bath and body works store is very organized clean and has way more variety than any other store . Was received with friendly staff greeting and helping right away. Zoe was the cashier that helped me and was the nicest person ever. When I was about to pay she told me about the deals they had going on and made sure I was happy with my purchase. I also told her that one set I got was a gift and she asked me if I wanted it wrapped and she did . My husband and I were very happy with this store .

Came in to exchange a candle as i was told before i would be able to later on, an as i approach to, i was told i needed to pay the difference, due to the fact that the candles were no longer on sale anymore ..i said well i never had to before, an i said well they shouldn't have told me i would be able to exchange them later an still get the dale price.., i was told by the manager that it was a new rule🙄an also that all candles went up this year🤔i dont know what the big deal was,i stated other locations had let me, an i was told they were not sopose to let me, i asked for a manager an was told she was the manager, i do not know if she really was, but if she was , maybe she should think about maybe looking a lil more presentable
I have went in before an seen her have hickies, lol wow way to go manager, she is the lil short white one, the plain jane one..maybe she wasnt getting any 🍆 anymore so she is grumpy now ..🤷♀️ anyway i will not be taking my business at this location anymore..i thought they wre all 26.95 i see some

Went in about 40 minutes for closing and the employees wanted nothing to do with me. I will go somewhere else. They seemed really preoccupied with leaving… I understand, but it’s also the holiday season where people are trying to fit in their holiday shopping and I was looking to spend some money. I also asked several questions and felt pretty dismissed. I am going to try a different store, maybe I will get better service.

This store in the fig garden has much more items then the other stores. Thwir employees are so friendly and helpful.

I called in to ask for information regarding a research project and this lady SABRINA answered the phone and was very rude to us when we asked her a question even though she agreed to answer our question, she said and i quote “I don’t have time to answer questions right now, we’re running a business.” like what?! she had a very negative attitude, very bad customer service. I will not be shopping here again.

I don’t know why but this is my favorite Bath and body Works this location maybe because it’s not as crowded as the other ones but everybody’s so friendly and nice here and I can always walk next-door and go get a cuppa coffee.

I will never buy anything from this location again! I made an online order on the 22nd and was not notified till the 25th at almost 5pm that my order was finally ready for pick up.I was going to go pick up my order this evening because I finally have free time and am no longer ill and they just canceled the whole thing!! It states in their policy they hold on-line orders for 5 days ,today would have made 4 .That order was for Easter baskets and now I'm left to find a last minute replacement. I've made several online purchases from the riverpark and fashion fair locations without any issues and was provided great customer service.This was the first and last time I ever shop at the fig garden location.Very poor customer service,communication,and turn around time for orders

Very Unique Bath & Body Works store walked in was greeted kindly and was given the sale offers thank you appreciated. Did my quick shopping was given room to shop and browse will definitely return next time I'm in town.
