I am going to be completely honest and say that this was the best decision I’ve ever made to call her back to make sure she was aware of my appointment change! As busy as it gets for her and her colleagues she dropped everything to ensure that I didn’t have to miss my next appointment! She walked me through a step by step process of getting the legitimate documents to bring and what was needed and why!
