Went to buckel today and had a pleasant experience with Janet the manager the last couple time I've been in there great staff very helpful! Learned about the personal shopper experience Janet gave me her card and said she could help with any future events 10/10 highly recommend!!

Went into exchange a pair of boots that we're a gift. They didn't have my size but the young man working that evening was very helpful. I didn't another pair that I liked so I received the return on a gift card. It's ok I'll be back.
