I was the guy in a E-Bike driving around until I suddenly saw a Cali blue jeans store, and when the first time when I got in there, it was heaven, it was the best store I have ever seen, but when I wanted to come back for the second time to try on some fits ( I was gonna try on their stacked jeans) but when I got it, they said “we are closing in 5 minutes) but it was why there was no customers, but I don’t see why it’s not popular, ITS THE BEST STORE I HAVE EVER SEEN! (They were closing at 4:00, but they close at 6:00) They have Pro Club, Stacked jeans, 501’s, and probably Ben Davis? But I would give this a 5 Star. I would recommend this place👍”

“Huge shoutout to Luis at Hot Topic! The shirt my niece wanted was out of stock, but Luis gave us great recommendations and helped her find something else she loved. He also explained the benefits of having an account, and my niece was excited to sign up and start earning points. During the 20–25 minutes we spent in the store, I also noticed how well he interacted with other customers. He was positive, knowledgeable, and made people feel seen and welcomed while giving helpful answers to their questions. That level of customer service can be hard to find these days, especially at the mall, so it really stood out. Great job to Luis and to the team that trained him!”

He didn’t rush us, didn’t push expensive items, and made my son feel comfortable and confident in what he was wearing. That meant the world to me as a parent. You can tell right away that Rashes doesn’t do this just for the money ,he genuinely cares about helping kids look and feel their best in Pro Club. My son was unsure about what would look good on him, and Rashes took the time to guide him, give honest opinions, and hype him up in the best way. By the time we left, my son was smiling, standing taller, and excited about the clothes we picked out. That confidence is priceless. It’s rare to meet someone who truly loves what they do and treats every customer like family. Rashes is one of those people. We are incredibly grateful for the kindness, encouragement, and positivity he showed my son. “We stopped by Vans yesterday to get new shoes for our boys — and if you’re a parent, you already know how that can go when you have picky kids who want to try on everything 😅. At first, we were helped by a woman who brought out one pair, but after that we were pretty much on our own for a while. We stayed patient and kept looking, and that’s when Diego stepped in — and WOW, what a difference he made. Diego was absolutely lovely. He was kind, patient, and so willing to help us. We had him going back and forth multiple times with different sizes and styles, and not once did he seem bothered. He genuinely seemed happy to help. That’s the type of employee worth keeping! He was knowledgeable about the brand and the shoes, answered all our questions, and made the whole experience fun and easy. It’s honestly been years since we’ve come across someone who truly loves what they do and goes above and beyond for customers. He had such an amazing, positive vibe. My husband was so impressed that he told me I had to write this review because Diego deserves all the praise. We’re definitely coming back and truly hope to see him there again.
