This is the worse company to work with. Customer service is non existence. No one knows what is going on and the billing is always over charged. There is neve a manager available to address your concerns. I am calling the insurance company to file a grievance.

Really a Minus 8 Absolutely the worst customer service. Numerous Byram generated requests for billing information with no return extension to respond.

I called Byram to place an order for a breast pump and Diana helped me process the request. She was very helpful and professional. She took care of everything over the phone!
