Chase Bank receives mixed reviews from customers. Some find the representatives to be great with no complaints, noting a helpful instance where a settlement check was verified and cashed even for a non-customer. However, several criticisms focus on the banking process itself. Customers report that posted charges do not clear right away and that simple tasks like changing a PIN can be a hassle. The in-branch experience is inconsistent; one customer found the security guard to be really cool, while another felt the people inside made them uncomfortable and described a teller as so rude it caused them to leave. Overall, while some aspects seem like they would be great, the operational processes and some staff interactions are points of frustration.
Chase bank makes me feel like family. From the security door man to the tellers to Mariscos pop in visits from this very grateful senior citizen. Best bank experience I've ever had in all my years of banking. Patience and kindness go a long way with me

Great bank! Have been using them for years. Everybody inside is extremely friendly. I only go to this branch for business needs.

Seems like it would be a great bank, the reps are great no complaints there. Its the process of their banking. The posted charges don't clear right away. To change my pin was a hassle. I don't understand how they manage on top end.
