Overall I have still been very happy with PSCU, however I recently tried to get in touch with my local branch over the phone and found out that you can only get in touch with a central service branch and they will contact your local branch for you. I found this to be very inconvenient and they didn’t even give me all of the information I needed over the phone. So my new recommendation would be that PSCU is an excellent bank if you conduct all of your service through the website or in person, but if you need to do anything over the phone you should find another bank.”
“I am still a customer at NCU because of people like Jalissa and Kathy at Cedar/Nees branch. Both are awesome, deserve raises and promotions, are super friendly, kind, go above and beyond to help, and keep me and family tied to the union. However, there is a young woman who is absolutely horrid and I avoid at all costs because she is the rudest, most unhelpful, hideous personality, ruin your day kind of teller. Repulsive representation of NCU. But JALISSA AND KATHY are STARS of NCU!!”

“Little bank at the north end of Fig Garden Village. Reminiscent of the old Guarantee Savings I worked at 100 years ago. Lol. I was looking for a bank that would make it easy to SAVE. I'm in the market for a C6 Corvette and Murphy Bank looks like the perfect place to save up my dollars. No ATM. No Saturday hours. Perfect for me! Kimmie, who opened my account is a sweetheart. I even got a little passbook where I can see how my balance is growing! Lisa takes care of my deposits when I stop in and is super nice. They are in the middle of a remodel right now, I can't wait to see their main building when it's all finished. Oh, I forgot to mention, they pay higher interest than the other banks in town, awesome sauce! They do loans, too, with one of their specialties being mobile homes. Hmmm, a place at the coast, maybe?!”

Steve was such an amazing asset for me when experiencing a terrible loss and difficult personal finance experience (fraud). He helped me lock and close the account walked me through (and did most of the work) to get me a new account and out of harms way. He laid out step by step what needs to be done and has even continued to help me weeks after the fact.
This US Bank Branch is by far the best customer experience I’ve had in a very long time. Could not recommend Steve or this US Bank location highly enough.”
“I see the bad reviews on here and I'm a little surprised, my experience here has been very good. I've been with them for 3 years and I've refinanced 2 vehicles with them. One loan they beat by 13% and the other by 6 if I remember correctly. The staff has been very helpful when I needed them. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because of their dreadfully outdated app. It's not straightforward at all when trying to keep track of your checking account transactions.”

“I’ve been with EECU since 2022 for an auto loan I’ve dealt with confusion and frustrating situations which is expected when it comes to these kinds of things. I have to honestly say, though from all the people I’ve met the manager at this branch Kay definitely is the most well-rounded, knowledgeable, wise, and has the best customer service skills. EECU needs to give her a raise and more PTO as well as a hybrid position where she can take time out of her day to call people who have accounts with this branch; who are frustrated and not understanding of a situation because they have to keep dealing with the EECU customer service 1-800 numbers.”
