I have had money taken from my accounts multiple times from this bank, and i dont even live near one

They won't cash Citibank checks for non-Citibank customers; this seems like a sketchy business practice.

Staff are Citibank are very welcoming and very helpful! The managers are always alert to the client’s needs and promptly address the concerns they may have. That has been my experience!
