“This is the best kept secret in Fresno. Wonderful community of makers always willing to lend a hand or give solid advice. They have a very comprehensive woodshop including lathes, ceramics studio, textiles, welding, metal shop, tech, 3d printing, laser cutter, stained glass, glass torch work. It's my home away from home.”
““Luis Martinez was always very helpful to me as I sought to become a United States citizen. Since our first meeting Luis provided me all information we needed to move forward.
During the case, whenever I had a question or issue, I would call the office and he would take care of me. Anytime I needed anything, he was there for me.
I highly, highly recommend Luis Martinez to anyone and I will recommend his services to my family and friends. I am now a naturalized citizen. Thank you, Luis, for the hard work you did for me.””
“I recently joined CMAC and had a tour of the facility—I absolutely love it! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I've already rented equipment and had a private consultation on camera basics, and they made the entire process so easy. Highly recommend becoming a yearly member—10/10!”
“This place is packed with the most kind and welcoming people I’ve interacted with in a long time. If you’re looking to connect with your local queer community or you’re looking for resources, this place is amazing.”
“Nice holiday event for the entire family. Assembled gingerbread houses and entered them into a contest, played ring toss game and other fun activities, colored fabric stockings, and took a photo with Santa Claus. Refreshments available. Everything was free, including the photo. Received a calendar of events that will be held at the Ted C Wills Community Center in January 2024. I may return next month for more gingerbread activities!”
“I went to see the Alebrijes & Nahuales exhit and statues, but the other exhibits were outstanding as well. What a gem of a museum!! There's a outdoor area with a fountain and covered tables for events or just to have lunch. Allow the volunteers were knowledgeable and friendly. I spent 4 days in the Fresno and Bakersfield area to see some art, museums and parks. This was a wonderful highlight of the trip!”

“NAZARETH HOUSE is an oasis of tranquility, reflection and love. There is no finer place within 200 miles from Fresno where one could trust their valued loved ones to live out a peaceful and meaningful experience of communal assisted living. The architecture inspires one to think of the California Missions and the beauty and inner peace which they provide. The staff is stellar and the wonderful woman, Leah, whose gentle love and sense of what each prospective resident’s needs may be inspires confidence and trust. I have known at least ten people who have resided in Nazareth House in the autumn of their life. They come from all faiths and socioeconomic backgrounds. However, each one of them has found a home at Nazareth House and not one of them has every said anything other than they have felt lucky and privileged to have entrusted their later years to such a caring, loving and attentive staff—all of whom become truly “family.””

They have fish food for feeding the turtles and fish. There are different activities like Easter egg hunt and music classes throughout the year. Yearly membership available.”
“This is a really fun place to come n have fun and to have parties. The food here is good, you have a variety of goods to choose from, including different pizzas. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a fun place to have a great time.”

“Very nice venue for my daughter's Quince, I recommend it 100%! You don't have to worry about cleaning after the party, and I plan on booking this venue again for future events.”
“For Big Rig deliveries, it was easy to find. It does seem like you could get away with parking on the side of the street for s morning delivery. The lumpers were very nice and helpful. Delivered product is docked on 4, 5, or 6. And they just backed up as empty. When I arrived there wasn't an empty dock so they came and got me when they were ready. It's pretty apparent which entrance to enter in.”
“Their not just a building full of social workers. Their a home full of real people bringing families and foster parents together. Putting on events that make the kids feel happy (and me). The staff makes you feel comfortable and call you by name, even though I can’t remember theirs. I’ve only visited one other agency and it really made me appreciate the environment that we have here at Golden State Family Services. I’m so glad to be apart of the Golden State Family.”
“This is a God's send for any women who are homeless or in need of a place to be durning the day. They can assist with clothes & some home items. It's been awhile since I've been there but they had a computer room & sewing room to work in when I was there. They do have certain days & times for some services so I'd call and check with staff. Everyone there is nice & respectful even when dealing with troublesome attitudes. They've ALWAYS gone above and beyond for me and I'm extremely grateful for them. Thank you Saint Agnes,Holy Cross center, and all that support them. Keep up the love....!”

“My son has attended tutoring at this center. It is a great center, they have Fresno State students assisting with the tutoring and they keep track of your child's grades to help in the area they need help in. My son is also volunteering for their summer camp, he loves it and excited to be assisting. I would highly recommend this to any parent they be satisfied with the outcome.”

“Today was my first visit, and I was deeply moved during meditation. From that point on I felt like I belonged there. The entire experience felt honest and pure, especially the genuine people who welcomed me. I have always wondered if there was a place that embraced all wonders of the universe. I found it and on this Easter day, I've been blessed with people full of those wonders and wisdom. I am so grateful.”

“My life changed dramatically at Rescue the children. The staff excepted me when i was broken and hopeless with open arms. I was in a dark place but I met God there and he broke that darkness off my life. The staff taught me how to love myself again and believe for more in my life because God had good plans for me. I learned working skills I never knew I had and how to serve as Christ did. I had never worked before but now I have been working there for over 4 years. In not one department but 3 different departments. They helped me go back to school and now I am a registered counselor. Of course I give all glory to God but it was God in the hearts of the staff and volunteers that restored my hope in humanity. I have witnessed lives changed day after day and will always be great full for The Fresno Mission all departments. Thank you and God Bless all the staff and men and women and children that.enter in”
“I dont know how I would have paid for the FCC nursing program without Reading and Beyond's help. They are truly a God send during a time when I really needed help paying for school.”
“It's next to my therapist. The kids are cool though. They are very polite to me. So they must be doing a good job in there. Keep up the good work!! Keep those future superstars on a good path.”

“We just had our wedding here in May 2026 and it was absolutely beautiful! The property alone makes such a perfect venue and the barn makes a great reception. We had the night of our lives and they were so flexible here to help us and the price point was also great!”
