    The food was delicious we went back the second time me and my wife we enjoyed it the burgers are delicious and the fries

Empowering Independence. Improving Lives. RICV was established in 1976 to empower the independence and improve the lives of people with disabilities in Fresno, Kings, Madera, Merced and Tulare Counties. RICV offers the guidance and tools to assist persons with disabilities in achieving their own vision of what independence means to them and to self-advocate for themselves. Programs currently offered are: Cooking for Independence, Peer Support, Be About It, Driving Simulator, Voice Options, Emergency Preparedness, Assistive Technology and Information and Referral.
