Overall I have still been very happy with PSCU, however I recently tried to get in touch with my local branch over the phone and found out that you can only get in touch with a central service branch and they will contact your local branch for you. I found this to be very inconvenient and they didn’t even give me all of the information I needed over the phone. So my new recommendation would be that PSCU is an excellent bank if you conduct all of your service through the website or in person, but if you need to do anything over the phone you should find another bank.”
“I am still a customer at NCU because of people like Jalissa and Kathy at Cedar/Nees branch. Both are awesome, deserve raises and promotions, are super friendly, kind, go above and beyond to help, and keep me and family tied to the union. However, there is a young woman who is absolutely horrid and I avoid at all costs because she is the rudest, most unhelpful, hideous personality, ruin your day kind of teller. Repulsive representation of NCU. But JALISSA AND KATHY are STARS of NCU!!”

“Good variety of businesses with Save Mart anchoring the shopping center. There's a gas station, fast food, coffee, a juice bar, ice cream, banking, and a variety of restaurant options to choose from. Retail establishments and the gym are also great places to frequent.”

“I’ve been with EECU since 2022 for an auto loan I’ve dealt with confusion and frustrating situations which is expected when it comes to these kinds of things. I have to honestly say, though from all the people I’ve met the manager at this branch Kay definitely is the most well-rounded, knowledgeable, wise, and has the best customer service skills. EECU needs to give her a raise and more PTO as well as a hybrid position where she can take time out of her day to call people who have accounts with this branch; who are frustrated and not understanding of a situation because they have to keep dealing with the EECU customer service 1-800 numbers.”

“I see the bad reviews on here and I'm a little surprised, my experience here has been very good. I've been with them for 3 years and I've refinanced 2 vehicles with them. One loan they beat by 13% and the other by 6 if I remember correctly. The staff has been very helpful when I needed them. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because of their dreadfully outdated app. It's not straightforward at all when trying to keep track of your checking account transactions.”

“I love this location you guys are well staffed even when your lines are long your lines move quick Wish the one and shaw and 41 was fast like you guys. I JUST LEFT from the shaw location. Literally took an over an hour in their line just to cash a check. Then when the teller tells me just a second to clear the check comes back and doesn't return to me right away. He goes amd stops to help some one else. I JUST sh o uld have came here instead of there now ik for next time”
“I don't understand how EECU doesn't have a better rating. They deserve 5 stars. I cannot specifically state every thing they have done for me as a member, but they have undoubtedly gone above and beyond, taking care to look at me as a valuable customer and working with me to address things I have never seen anyone get help with at other banks or credit unions. They also offer lower loan rates with longer terms than anywhere else I've done business with. If you can qualify to be a member here, definitely one of the best financial institutions you can work with!”
“My husband and I have been members before the credit union became Valley First CU!!! We have had our home and car loans and money market accounts with VF. Everyone has always been very knowledgeable and helpful, and a joy to either deal with face to face or on the phone. The new kiosk Valley First CU places also work well. “Having worked at a bank in town for 40 years, I must say I was very impressed with the whole operation at EECU. The representative we worked with on both visits, Andrea R, was awesome. She was professional, polite, friendly, knew the products and the entire process (for a vehicle loan, bank accounts, etc,) went very smoothly and timely. The branch was very nice, clean and well set up so customers know where to go for their banking needs. There is a receptionist at the counter inside the entrance, should you need assistance. Lots of teller windows and new account cubicles. They even have a coin counting machine for clients there! There were three walk up ATMs that I noticed outside. I'm not sure about drive-up ATMs. Great pricing and rates there, too!”
