Rental reeked of cigarette smoke, and they tried charging for additional insurance when it was declined and being late for the drop off. Do not leave the keys in the car for drop off, go to the counter. Scummy experience.

I booked a ford transit and I was given sienna. I had to rent another vehicle from the different company on the spot. Not a good experience at all.
