I mean everything that could have gone wrong. But they communicated so efficiently and the issues were resolved with a couple of days. They were polite and kind to me the whole way through. “I had a 10am reservation to pick up a vehicle. The vehicle was not ready. I had to wait about 20 minutes or more for the vehicle to be ready. It was brought out still wet. The quick squeegee wipe off left water spots everywhere. And the worst part was the vehicle was almost on empty. That definitely irritated me.
The return process was much better. Shout out to Avery, she got me checked in within 5 minutes.”

“I really like Enterprise Rental Agency. I rent all my vehicles through them and even bought my last car from them. They are great about picking you up and taking you back to where you need to go, or you can just leave your vehicle at the garage if you had it fixed somewhere. Their vehicles are always clean and running well and are nice cars in my experience. With only one exception over the years, all of their employees are patient, friendly, and thorough. Thankfully my insurance company uses them also so I get to drive some nice cars any time mine is in the shop. I would definitely recommend them.”

“First time “RVer”. Not a clue on what was needed to tow an RV trailer and camp in Yosemite. Jeanne (front office) and Dave (owner) set my daughter and I up like we were their family. This included arrangements for a Sunday trailer pick up at Dave’s house as the shop is closed on weekends.
Once on site, we did have some questions and Dave responded immediately. The RV worked perfectly for us and we will definitely be a repeat customer. Can’t say enough about how great this shop is. They truly cared about us and our experience.”

“Vincent and Miriam have been terrific. I rent a car regularly for business and Vincent has gone out of his way to accommodate my needs, especially for an EV which my work requires. My experience with Payless unfortunately was not as good. 2 weeks to get a receipt which I had to hound them about. Back to Hertz and I will stay here as long as they have a car available. Customer service means a lot to me and this is like back in the day. Thanks guys!”

“Kim helped me in getting checked in. She offered to upgrade me at no charge which was much appreciated. The subaru ascent was better on gas mileage than what i booked previously. My only complaint is the ascent itself has captain seats which was not ideal for what i needed. I made it work and again, Kim was great to work with!”
