“I had a 10am reservation to pick up a vehicle. The vehicle was not ready. I had to wait about 20 minutes or more for the vehicle to be ready. It was brought out still wet. The quick squeegee wipe off left water spots everywhere. And the worst part was the vehicle was almost on empty. That definitely irritated me.
The return process was much better. Shout out to Avery, she got me checked in within 5 minutes.”

“I really like Enterprise Rental Agency. I rent all my vehicles through them and even bought my last car from them. They are great about picking you up and taking you back to where you need to go, or you can just leave your vehicle at the garage if you had it fixed somewhere. Their vehicles are always clean and running well and are nice cars in my experience. With only one exception over the years, all of their employees are patient, friendly, and thorough. Thankfully my insurance company uses them also so I get to drive some nice cars any time mine is in the shop. I would definitely recommend them.”

“First time “RVer”. Not a clue on what was needed to tow an RV trailer and camp in Yosemite. Jeanne (front office) and Dave (owner) set my daughter and I up like we were their family. This included arrangements for a Sunday trailer pick up at Dave’s house as the shop is closed on weekends.
Once on site, we did have some questions and Dave responded immediately. The RV worked perfectly for us and we will definitely be a repeat customer. Can’t say enough about how great this shop is. They truly cared about us and our experience.”
