You may pay a little bit more, but it is worth it because of the customer service and the attention to detail, And quite honestly, their fleet of cars is in much better condition than so many different businesses. “We were directed to this enterprise by the insurance company that’s taking care of the repairs after a car accident and Josue took care of us. The first vehicle we were given was too small so they upgraded us to a better vehicle when we got that vehicle it unfortunately had been smoked in by the previous renter. I called Josue this morning told him about what was going on and immediately he apologized and set things, right. He set aside a brand new 2026 Dodge ram for us made sure that I was taken care of when I got to the Office and made sure that I was taken care of. “First time “RVer”. Not a clue on what was needed to tow an RV trailer and camp in Yosemite. Jeanne (front office) and Dave (owner) set my daughter and I up like we were their family. This included arrangements for a Sunday trailer pick up at Dave’s house as the shop is closed on weekends.
Once on site, we did have some questions and Dave responded immediately. The RV worked perfectly for us and we will definitely be a repeat customer. Can’t say enough about how great this shop is. They truly cared about us and our experience.”
