According to USPS, my online order was shipped from this store, FRESNO Macys Finish Line. The NIKE SNEAKERS appeared unusual & did not fit. Upon return to in-store macys, the store associate inspected the shoes & concluded I was delivered USED SHOES!!

This is for the young salesman in the fine jewelry who was more interested in going to lunch rather than trying to earn a commission on selling me something. It was a win-win situation. The jewelry prices at Macy's are inflated and the quality is mediocre. I hope he had a great lunch.

Please, if you're ever interested in Chanel products, go see Miss J-lo and Debbie at the Chanel beauty counter!! Absolutely the sweetest ladies, and so helpful!! I'm so grateful for all their help and knowledge on Chanel products. Will definitely be going back just for their excellent customer service!!
