Guitar Center Fresno is a huge store with an awesome vibe and an excellent selection of amps, drums, keyboards, recording gear, and more from top brands. It is always a good place to try out different gear and is one of the biggest locations. However, customer service experiences vary significantly. Some employees are very friendly and knowledgeable, creating a nice overall experience with music playing from every corner. Other staff members do not have patience or good treatment with customers, can be rude, and provide attitude. There is often very few staff on the floor, requiring assistance to access locked items, and only about half of the people that work there care about customer service or product knowledge.

I've been buying stuff from here for the past year or so and it's pretty good all things considered. Haven't had any issues buying or returning stuff. The staff are chill and pretty helpful. Recently returned a fuzz I didn't like and the staff ended up pointing me towards one that I'd actually enjoy using.

Awesome service, I only saw two people here, maybe because I came in early, but I finally found a practice pad that suited my needs, thank you to both of those kind people!
