“Located at Fashion Fair this Barnes and Noble is very small compared to the one at RP, they don't have Starbucks/Cafe here. I've visited this location a few more times between Thanksgiving and Christmas, as a Premium Member there were so many deals that were so hard to pass up. Initially was at RP BN but ended up here as they sold out of the books I wanted at RP. During my visits here it's actually been quite busy and being a small place it could be really tight moving around. The books are beautifully laid out but the times I've come I had trouble looking for the books I wanted. Thankfully the staff here is really nice and helpful. During their 25% off and extra 10% as members sale this kind worker went above and beyond. He went to the back in their stockroom and looked through the boxes to find the 2 books I was looking for, I left just over the moon! Would definitely recommend BN anytime.”
“They don't have fabric here but they've stepped up their game in a lot of the other departments. Especially yarn, crochet and knitting supplies.
The employees are always very nice and helpful and the managers are especially lovely, they recognize me and say hi and ask if I'm being taken care of. I always am. They'll always point out sales and remind you about coupons.
Online ordering and pickups have always been easy here as well. They always make sure I am getting the best price and are happy to help price check. And even if things don't work out, they are always extremely apologetic. They do their best to problem solve or offer alternative solutions and if nothing else, they are super patient and informative if they can't solve whatever arises.
It doesn't matter if I'm all dressed up or in my ugly pajamas; if I'm shopping or if I'm just browsing, everyone has only ever treated me super well here. ?
They are eager to help, even if they don't know something. They'll find someone knowledgeable or do their very best to help. Even at self-checkout, there is always at least one employee there to help you or ring you up, if that's what you prefer. They make sure members get their rewards or discounts so they have the correct total. They also make sure that coupons are properly scanned and accepted if you bring on in or have them on your phone. ☺️”
“Stopped in after work to get baseball cards for my son’s advent calendar. I used to get them at Target, but they no longer sell them, so I had to find where I could go locally. So glad Target stopped selling them to be honest - had the nicest experience! Matt at Mossette’s helped me figure out the best cards to get for my son, AND went through his football cards and gifted me probably 20 cards of players on my son’s fantasy team, players from Fresno, popular players, and even a Travis Kelce card for me, the Swiftie. Super kind, incredible customer service. Will go back.”
