“One of the best magic shops/online magic stores there is. Great prices, great products (new and used), amazing deals and discounts and they buy used magic!!! Not to mention the customer service. Max and his team go out of there way to make sure the customer is happy. I won’t get into a lot of detail, but I purchased a product for an important performance and it was not working upon first receiving it. Max took the time to help and solve the problem in time for the show. Above and beyond. They definitely have a customer for life. Thanks Max and the awesome staff at Hocus Pocus.”

“nice toy shop! this is a great place to get thinker type toys for children to actually engage in imaginary play. they have play dolls here that they don't carry at target, walmart etc, such as the "lorens" dolls handmade in spain. they have a great selection of corolle dolls & other one off doll brands. we were looking specifically for something minnie mouse as a present to our little niece who loves minnie mouse but they only had a tiny selection of disney things, so we picked out something different. the lady who helped us at the register was so helpful. she told us about a 25% coupon in their catalogue i had no idea about, and she pulled out the catalogue & applied the discount towards our purchase! that was a nice surprise as it saved us $10.00!! there's a huge selection of calico critters, which was wonderful; unique puzzles you don't see often..& so much more. if you're looking for thinker type toys, professor toy is highly recommended. i'm sure you'll find something here for kids of all ages 0-102. one recommendation for this shop would be to control their climate better. it's way too stuffy for such a crowded space & with kids all around & sniffles being prevalent esp during fall/winter months, germs spread faster when the environment is sticky & humid. that's why i took off 1 star.”

“Idk how anybody who has ever gone into this shop has had less than a 5 star experience. I started going here in middle school around 2004 for yugioh cards. 18 years later I find myself back here collecting pokemon cards and enjoying conversation about sports and collecting. Can't beat the prices especially being a small local business that's endured this long.”

“I've been going to this store for about 25 years now. The store is cozy. The staff is always friendly. Occasionally I see kids playing different games on the tables inside or nearby. A lot of times the owner will offer up a pack or two of cards for the winner of whatever game they're playing. Very wholesome place. Huge selection, I've never not found what I was looking for. Sure there's always somewhere more affordable but that defeats the human connection.”

I don't have kids of my own, but if I did, I'd buy their entire supply of test preparation and practice skills books in subjects of mathematics, language arts, and reading comprehension. The store has a vast supply of practice books, and I think it's good for preparation of the school demands that are being placed on kids these days.”

“The store is well kept and organized. Huge selection of all sorts of games and collectibles. My only two issues were pokemon cards were priced highly even on sets that were old and tend to be way cheaper elsewhere. The second issue was I asked a employee if they had a certain funko and waited about 15 before deciding it wasn't worth the time I was waiting and just left the store.”
