“I have both shopped and sold at FGC. The prices are comparable to thrift stores like Goodwill, except the quality is better every time and for everything. You will still see some no-brand Amazon junk and even rarer something with a tear or stain. I believe the latter is not purposefully accepted but rather missed during their purchasing process. I like that the fancier/nicer brands are black tagged. So if you know you like the fancy stuff you can kinda find it more easily. Unfortunately, black tag is always excluded from discounts.
As for selling, if it is stuff you’d otherwise donate anyways, absolutely try to sell it here. I will say, there are two aspects of the selling process that are subpar: first, it’s entirely random how long it will take them to process your items. So you might drop off at 9am and it could be 6 hours before they call you that they’re finished. Second, they give you a large tote to fill up with your salable items at your car. But then you have to get that tote back to the door and through it on your own. In my case, I always have a baby in tow, so if they offered a little wagon or cart to bring it back with, that would be an absolutely tremendous help. It would be great if there was an automatic door open button, or if they could just open the door for you so you don’t have to struggle to not drop everything or get crushed along with your baby in the doorframe.
Lastly, it would great if they carried maternity clothes, but at present they do not.”

“Located at Fashion Fair this Barnes and Noble is very small compared to the one at RP, they don't have Starbucks/Cafe here. I've visited this location a few more times between Thanksgiving and Christmas, as a Premium Member there were so many deals that were so hard to pass up. Initially was at RP BN but ended up here as they sold out of the books I wanted at RP. During my visits here it's actually been quite busy and being a small place it could be really tight moving around. The books are beautifully laid out but the times I've come I had trouble looking for the books I wanted. Thankfully the staff here is really nice and helpful. During their 25% off and extra 10% as members sale this kind worker went above and beyond. He went to the back in their stockroom and looked through the boxes to find the 2 books I was looking for, I left just over the moon! Would definitely recommend BN anytime.”

“This store does an excellent job with its supplies and stock. I don't have kids of my own, but if I did, I'd buy their entire supply of test preparation and practice skills books in subjects of mathematics, language arts, and reading comprehension. The store has a vast supply of practice books, and I think it's good for preparation of the school demands that are being placed on kids these days.”

“Came in to get a controller repaired. Stayed a little while to check out all the retro games and other merch they had. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable as well. I'd highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a more robust video game store or in need of repairs. They take trade ins as well.”
