“Staff is very friendly. Room and hotel clean. Small fridge froze everything including food. Marriott properties on the east side on Shaw have better choices of restaurants. Otherwise, this area is safe and no concerns.”

“Clean, comfy and great access to the airport. But I must say the human element the staff offer with their kindness and eagerness to ensure you feel welcome is what sets this location of apart! Thank you so much for making our stay excellent! Hands down the epitome of front line customer service!”

“Pleasantly surprised with this hotel. First time staying here and was very happy with the service desk, room cleanliness, bar and bartender in the middle of the hotel. I was on the first floor and was very pleased with how quiet my room was on the floor. Definitely recommend.”
“My family has been staying here very frequently this year. The rooms are always very clean and extra spacious. The breakfast is a great perk and Carrie is wonderful! All the front desk staff are always very warm and welcoming. It feels like home every time we visit. I can't recommend enough!”
“Right next to everything you need, and the rooms are clean and tidy and very nice compared to other cheap motels around, they have a large flat screen with good beds, and an amazing bathroom / kitchen area, would recommend to anyone, and if you have hotel days through medical you can come here.”

“A very comfortable and quiet stay. The room was surprisingly spacious and the bed was perfect. I was in town for a quick business trip and found this motel to be an excellent, affordable option. I'll be recommending it to my colleagues”
“Nice cost effective stay option in Fresno. Right near the freeway and very near to a lots eatery options at a few miles distance. The major stand out at this facility is the kind of homes, rather a single building which has a lots of fruit trees. This is a relatively tiny facility, but very good for families with little ones. Very easy to walk outside and engage with them”

“Thank you to everyone who mentioned that this place is noisy! I brought earplugs and it was much better. Noise from the freeway nearby, noise from the train, etc. But the room itself was clean and as advertised. Fine for an overnight stop after a family wedding nearby. I didn't eat the breakfast but my husband said it was okay. So as long as you plan for the noise, it's a nice place to stay.”
“We couldn't close the curtains. There were 2 curtains; a soft one and the one that actually covers the view. We couldn't close the one that actually covers the view.
Anyways 95$ a night, with 2 beds. That's a deal. The bathroom was clean. The beds were clean and comfy. The breakfast area has a good amount of space, not many people, not too quiet or too loud.
An enjoyable experience. Oh yeah the air conditioner, which is like, the air conditioner almost every Inn has, can be kind of loud.”

“I got to my hotel past 1 AM, and they were able to extend my check-out time to get more rest. The staff are super friendly. Breafast was very good. The pool was nice. My kids enjoyed it in the morning. The restrooms were all clean.”
“This hotel is reasonably priced and there's always a free breakfast. I have relatives in Fresno and have stayed at this hotel for many years. The only problem that never seems to get resolved is that no matter what room I stay in the refrigerator freezes anything you put into it.”

“Convenient location across from the Kaiser Medical Center and several shopping centers and the main highways. They have vegetarian options for breakfast, but are very limited for vegan options. They had cereals, oatmilk, potatoes, but said that most of their bread (Except one) & bagel options were not vegan.”

“I was impressed with my room and bed. Very clean and nice vibe to chill at night in the fire pit outside. Great gym and would recommend to anyone staying in Fresno.”
“Sean at the reception was extremely helpful. Made sure I was told about all the amenities at the hotel. Helped me with setting up a drop off time at the hotel with the shuttle. I needed a crib and he made sure it was delivered to our room.
The breakfast was good. They had a 24 hour coffee machine which was great. We didnt get to use the pool but they have an indoor and outdoor pool. Would definitely come back if in the area.
Parking was difficult to find and they charge $7 per day.”

“We had a clean room. Reasonable for the price. Room was a little small for 4 people and air conditioning was loud. We then identified these. Unfortunately, the air then became stuffy. Breakfast okay, although hardly any space in the room. We then went to the room with food.”

“During our time here (my boyfriend, our little sisters, and I), we stayed during Christmas and the Hmong New Year celebration for about 9 days. Our first couple nights were good, but we found that the hotel was really loud and our room did not have any natural lighting except from the central lobby area of where the pool is located. We had one of the interior rooms and found that the whole hotel is SUPER sensitive to sound. There were many times when we woke up throughout the night because it sounded like there was construction was being done inside the hotel. However, it was just people throwing away their trash or just letting the door close on its own. I know that people are just going on with their day, but if you're sensitive to sounds and are trying to get good sleep and rest, maybe try requesting for an exterior facing room... or a different hotel. It was super hard finding parking once the Hmong New Year was going to start, even though this hotel has a lot of parking available. The hotel doesn't have quiet hours, so there were still guests that had their kids running around the hotel at 11 pm and 12am. Although there were Hmong dancers that were practicing, they were a lot more mindful and quiet than the other little kids running around. Not only that, but you can hear the staff rolling their carts in the morning and knocking on other doors. So, I would say the walls are pretty thin. The sink is very wide with little to no counter space. I washed off my foundation from my hand and ended up staining the sink's tile. They only give out cleansing bar no antibacterial soap. Our lotion was empty and was not refilled by housekeeping during our 9-day stay.
This hotel charges about $16 per additional guests for breakfast. Their breakfast is pretty good but basic. Sadly, there's no waffle machine if you love waffles. Breakfast was the same everyday (including the fruits) scrambled eggs, sausage links, country potatoes, oatmeal with brown sugar, yogurt in a bowl, various bread types, two types of cereal, the fruits were honey dew, cantaloupe, and pineapples. It's kind of strange that you have to wait to get checked in by a worker for free all-you can-eat dine-in breakfast.
Another thing to be aware about is that there are multiple doors to exit the facility, but the hotel only allows guests to enter through the front entrance. The key pads are taken off, and there is a sign to use the front entrance. Don't know if this is a temporary thing, tho.
The staff are pretty nice. We had to get new key cards during our 9 day stay because it was "de-magnitized."
Our little sisters used the indoor pool and said that it was super cold. The hot tub wasn't in service. And the fountain to the pool is really loud. This whole pool lobby area is really beautiful, but it's pretty chilly, especially when they turn on the fountain. The gym is really small but you can get a full workout in, they provide clean towels and a place to put the dirty ones. Housekeeping came to our room but did not refill our toilet paper rolls, so we had to use the tissues, but we didn't mind since we only had one day left. (Just an FYI).
Overall, I don't think I will stay here again during the holidays. Maybe for a different time of the year, but not when there's kids running around late at night while people are trying to sleep. Its not wheel chair friendly...Another thing to note is that there is no elevator, only stairs so if you were to book at this place and are in need of assistance, try requesting for a floor level room.

Walkability: This area isn't really a walk friendly area since it's right across from the airport. This street does not have any food restaurants. But there are restaurants on McKinley there is a Triangle Burger, Pho 76, Carl's Jr and Taco Bell. However by the train tracks on McKinley an”

“I stay at motel 6 for 2 nights. I payed $156 friday and sat, so price is not bad. I didnt really stay in room, i would only go to sleep and wake up and go out with the fam, so didnt use microwave or fridge, but it def. Nice to have those! Rooms were clean, pool was clean even tho we didnt have time to get in it. I did asked for a late c/o front desk was friendly and gave me 11.30 c/o but at 10am HK was already banging on the door super hard, woke up my baby & when i told her i had a late c/o she didnt say nothing and just left. I think front desk should let them know witch rooms are late c/o so they wont bother guests. Overall it was a nice stayll.”

“Nice HI. Stayed in early August '25. Rooms were well decorated, quiet, clean and had great AC. Bathroom had no air vent so stayed muggy after a shower.
Breakfast was plentiful and had plenty of seating even with a tour bus full of people in the eating area.
Through no fault of the HI we didn't give 5 stars because of the freight train, literally across the street, that ran at 11p, 5:30a, etc.”
“Very good hotel for the price I paid: $100, compared to other hotels I have stayed at in town. The internet was just fine, buffering from time-to-time. But the room itself was amazingly clean, the shower was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The pillows, however, were a bit lumpy on one of the two beds in the room”

“I really liked staying here because I was able to bring my dog with me and only had to pay a $10 deposit. I stayed for about a month. The place was secure and quiet at night the managers are accommodating and accepted my dog without hesitation. They even helped me out when my car broke down. I do have a issue with the WiFi password being changed every 3-4 hours. That can get real annoying and inconvenient. I think they should just change it once a day at 11am check out time. It's not necessary to do it every couple hours. But this place is a cool spot to chill. Never had any problems with this place.”
“Extremely happy with this hotel but not so much with the night live around. First the good. The value for your buck is unbelievable, considering how close this is to the airport. I walked from the airport rental to the hotel (10 minutes via path walk). If you not into walking, the hotel does offer free shuttle in and out so no fuss there. The rooms are specious clean and not much more could be asked for. Breakfast has is like any other Hampton (loved it) . I stayed here two nights as it was middle point for both national parks (Yosemite and Sequoia) If you plan to visit either of the parks just be mindful it takes 2 hours to get there (especially if you leave after 7am). The map shows you 1 hours but that is just to the entrance of the park. Now the bad, and its not the hotels fault but the city's management. From what I can tell the area at night is not tourist oriented, and the only thing I saw around was Quiznos and Little Ceasar pizza which as horrible it sounds was not that bad. Also, multiple people around this area speak of homeless people sleeping and hanging around which is probably true as I saw few here and there, but I came during heatwave (100F at 10pm) so I think they found cooler places for the night. I did not do much of driving around at night as I came in mainly for the hikes so not sure what the daylight has to offer. Last but not least, this hotel is packed with pilots and their crews and Airlines typically don't let pilots stay in unsafe and run down hotels so that should be good indicator how good of the hotel it is. I would put some photos but honestly there are plenty around and if you been in one Hampton you been to all and for the surrounding just use google maps.”
