“I had to get some labs done for my new job and this was a great place to go! I called and asked their hours of operation, specifically when they’re closed for lunch, as I work full-time so my working hours are theirs too. Once I let Shaen know, he was kind enough to stay into his lunch so I was able to make it in. He was very kind and gave clear instructions and had excellent communication. Although the time there was brief, I was very happy with the customer service and treatment he gave. I would recommend this place to anyone who needed any labs done!”

“Everything is great and the technicians are great. It was very easy to go online and book an appointment. However, when you get there and they send you a text that says you can do a mobile check in, it does not work. After waiting ten minutes at my name not showing up on the screen, I went ahead and used the kiosk. This has been an ongoing problem. I was told by some of the other people in the waiting room”

“Kayla was the best. Professional and welcoming. As a nurse who has drawn a lot of blood from patients, I was impressed she found my vein at the first try; my veins are notoriously difficult to find and other labs average three attempts per encounter. If Kayla is your plebotomist, you are in good hands.”

“I was nervous because this was my first experience doing a sleep test. It seemed at first that no one was there. However, I was there 30mins early.
The sleep technician, Ally, was awesome!! She made the experience worth taking. She made sure I was comfortable and assured me that everything was alright. She was professional, informative, and great at making raptor with patients.
The down thing is getting a hold of someone beforehand about scheduling.”
