Almost three hours for one tire with an appointment. Put new tire on and valve stem leaks. Not happy with their service at all.

Has been coming twice for same complaints and said "within spec... normal " "wait for it to be become worst and comeback"For the rattling/vibration noise they blame the roads not the car. I told them how come my other 3 cars doesnt have it? Make sense?This service center is a jokeProbably just put in those requests for the record, may accumulate and waste time, log the complaints for future reference that no action was taken.

0 rating2022: I've made multiple attempts to report several issues with my new Tesla Model Y (Range problem, paint issue, side ricker not flushed, many places' rattles inside the car like from trunk, headrest, front dashboard, etc.). This service station (including the general manager) made no effort to listen to resolve my concerns. They lied to me and told me all my concerns were under Tesla specs. However, they did nothing to address my concerns. I went to another Tesla service station and they were able to troubleshoot and fix the issue. I do not know why this location was having such a difficult time troubleshooting and fixing my issue. Instead, they tried to make customers fool by stating that all my issues were under Tesla specs. Upon providing them with negative feedback they denied service to my car (under warranty). Instead of fixing issues and providing/improving their service, they started to retaliate against me by making me pay the bill, not providing customer service, changing my appt without my permission, and closing appt without notifying me or saying they would not touch my car until I proved the payment. Horrible service! 2023: My other new car came with a charging adapter. The adapter's is very tight making it difficult to attach and disconnect to charge. I had been told to make a service app, which I did. I decided to give this center another chance again. The agent told me to walk in. I asked the agent to document everything and he refused. I requested his name multiple times, He refused again to provide me his name and he closed my service request without my permission. They do not have any complaint department or management who is willing to listen or improve their service station. Instead of learning from feedback, they will start to retaliate if they know you give them negative feedback. This is another reason why this is poor management. I really hope they can find someone else who can manage this center better and professionally.

Fantastic service! On a road trip from Phoenix, we had the 12V battery warning come on; 35 min later we were on our way again! Thank you Tesla Team!

I set up an appointment at this location and someone there contacted me back rudely. He mentioned that if didn't approve the amount that my appointment would be cancelled. However, I approved it though there and my tesla app and they still cancelled my appointment. I will never purchase a Tesla car again.

I've had the car for less than two months and my windshield cracked from a rock on the highway. It was definitely a heartbreaking experience, but the service center here was quick to replace it.Derrick was super professional, understanding, and kept me updated on timelines and expectations.You're definitely in good hands here if you ever need your car serviced.

Needed to replace the 12v battery on our car. It was a Saturday, the service center was closed but the showroom was open. We decided to anyway. The salesman we spoke with was very friendly and, to our surprise, was able to help us! He got our new battery and had a girl there charge us! Yay!

After 4 years owning my Tesla Model 3, I got the dreaded low 12V battery needs replacing. Booked mobile appt, but it was 5 days away. Hearing horror stories of the car dying after getting that message...... I decided to call the service center and Amanda was able to get me in that same day. Great customer service from Amanda and everyone else there. I was standing outside waiting and had multiple reps ask me if I needed help with anything. I even went ahead and test drove a model Y while waiting. Being my first time there, it was a great experience.

The people here are polite and professional, almost as if they were brainwashed! Kidding aside, Tesla must be paying them well for their service center reps to be so accommodating.The app handles all service appointments - I wouldn’t even know how to contact a real person at the store itself but I’ve never really felt a need to as the in-app messenger service is much more my speed - who even talks on the phone these days?Prices are pretty fair I’d guess for this type of a car; expect to pay more than for a “regular” car that can be serviced at any garage.

Test drive here. Better walk there because there is hardly any parking for customers.Bought a Tesla here. While purchasing, I was told Tesla didn't come with charging cord. So I ordered car and power cord first in advance. The day I picked up, battery was not even 50% charged. And I don't have power cord shipped to my home yet. Sales told me this location doesn't have super charger so they can't charge battery full and I can go other place to charge. OMG. With slower charger, you can still charge the battery, ok? They just simply forgot to charge it in advance. ???And they ask us where will we celebrate? Of course, super charge station under temperature 108f and sun roof. Definitely really bad shopping experience.

Great service at this location, I visited three different locations and Fresno best service, I called and they were able to schedule me in for a demo drive same day and walked me through all the steps and made every step of the way easy and they were patient with me as the service advisor answered my questions and purchased my vehicle with ease.

Just like purchasing a Tesla, the service for a Tesla is just as EASY!! Everyone here is very nice and accommodating. They communicate well and don’t try to update you during your service visits like other dealerships. I would 10/10 recommend!
