“Absolutely great, pleasant, professional, prompt, and competent service at really fair price. Charged my battery (car sat 6 months while I was gone) and brought me 3 gallons of fuel. I PAY for AAA, but they would NOT send a truck because my tags were expired. Even though I'd gone to DMV , paid in full for registration and had been given a 24 hour use permit to go get my Smog Certificate and come back to DMV for my tags, AAA would NOT jump start my car. Neither would Geico for which I pay extra for roadside service! I'm going to drop both of those and just call Elite as needed in the future. Better service for less money❤️”

“I went to go to work and found out someone punctured my two tires on my passenger side of my car . I was panicked and stressed as I was supposed to be heading into work and my car wasn’t drivable . I was able to get in contact with my insurance get a tow and then get my tires done in less than an hour from start to finish. Wonderful Service got me in quickly got my tires fixed quickly also went above and beyond to check my other tire fix that tire and also put caps on for me. They were wonderful gentlemen I will definitely be coming back just for the customer service. I highly recommend them there the best . Best prices in town. Great customer service open till 7 PM which is a bonus!”

“I request a towing due to a blown out tire my car is lowered 5" from the ground. Needless to say not every towing services would have accommodated my necessities. This guy came prepared with all the equipment needed. The customer service was excellent (he even text me to check where he was and how long was going to take him) And yes It took some time but no more than 30-40 min which from last experience is not long (is not like the towing truck is around the corner from where you needed ) to me quality service, cost, and services was well bellow than other companies.”

“Awesome shop! I blew out my rear tire in Cantua Creek and was towed into Fresno. It was 1am so I crashed at a motel 6 near Andre’s 2 wheels. The next day I found out that Andre’s could not help me. I called up Raymond and he picked me up and towed me to his shop. He fed me breakfast and hooked me up with a new rear tire. The old man and the teens he was mentoring all prayed for me before heading north towards Oregon. I don’t know much about the man, but I can tell you he is honest and fair. Thanks for getting me to Oregon! This was back in 2019. Hope all is well.”

“So thankful to J & S towing and our tow truck driver Jacky tonight. Had complete brake failure down in Fresno and I am from the mountains above Auberry. No one ever wants to break down but I was alone in the dark with my 12 year old medically compromised child. AAA was having a hard time finding me a tow back to the mountains at night and told me I could be waiting 2 1/2 hours. But this great company out of Sanger came for me! Such a nice driver! Made sure we were safe, acknowledged how scary the situation was of losing our breaks, and then was a really interesting conversationalist the whole drive back to bring us home. Jacky spoke very proud of his job and the company he works for. And this Mom for one is extra glad to have been helped by J&S and Jacky rescuing folks from the mountain community! Highly recommended this company! They come when others won’t!”

“I had a great experience, i had called him i needed assistance towing my car home at 1 am. I have roadside assistance they said they would have gotten there in two hours or so. I was alone with my kids my husband was working out of town. Luckily i seen his ad on google so i called him he showed up within 20 mins. He got me and my kids home safe he spoke to my husband and let him know what was wrong with my car my husband was super happy and grateful for him. I will call him next time i need a tow or any assistance. Thank you once again for everything!”
