“Mr. Tyler showed up within 2 hours from Fresno. He was very kind and professional along with caring. The weather was pretty bad and visibility hardly 100 yards. I was stuck on 152w bound on the edge of hill. I stayed in truck the whole time. I would say within 20 minutes everything was connected and ready to go. I can’t thank enough to Mr Tyler . Hopefully I won’t have a breakdown in future. But if I do I would prefer Mr Tyler to come for rescuing. May God bless Tyler and his family along with the company.”

“Called AAA to schedule a 200 mile, 24hrs in advance, with Express Tow. ETA 11:43am, received a call from Hector, WORST customer service. Was told if I wasn't ready by 10:30am he wouldn't make the tow. Called Kingsburg Tow and Ivan pulled through. Last minute, 227 mile tow, Johnny on the spot. BEST customer service I've had!! Thank you Ivan for not leaving me stranded. Stand up guy! Love me some Ivan!!”

“I was on the Queensway in a dangerous spot (ran out of gas-don't judge!). I was on the phone with CAA and three tow trucks stopped to make sure I was ok. But only thee third one actually offered me gas! For free! I was shocked and so appreciative! That is real customer service! And with a smile. Very nice young man. Would highly recommend.”
