Make sure read all comments before you go to this store or the one they have in next block called USA FURNITURE. SAME OWNER Worst customer service and experience. Make sure to record everything they say cause once you go forward they don’t stay on there word. Order wrong stuff and then they don’t admit that they did order wrong the mostly blame you for it. They order wrong color for me when we ask to change they make us wait 1 month and the repaint the bed the one they order wrong and we have to take that. It took us over 3 months to get our stuff and we wish we buy from Ashley or furniture city or any other big store.

The worst experience and customer service. They are so unprofessional people. They usually order wrong color or stuff and force you to take it or waste so much time. I order furniture it took over 3 months to get my stuff and I paid for delivery then he just delivered me half stuff cause he got mostly stuff wrong then told me to pick up on my own cost. Never coming back to this location

Very disappointed with our furniture and USA furniture owned by the same person it took them 3 moth after I paid my kitchen. Table and chairs. They lack a lot of communication and they gave me the wrong color. And yet not a callback. And they talking about if I don't want it they gonna charge me a re-stock fee smh there goes my 800$

Absolutely horrible place to do business with. The owner Ali was extremely rude to me multiple times. I ordered a couch, they delivered the wrong one which my wife accepted and they wouldn't pick it up. They said, oh just keep it until we get the right one. I said pick it up and cancel the order but they wouldn't. He said, no cancelations whatsoever. I have to pick another couch I don't want. They wouldn't take the wrong couch back so I took it back myself. They still won't give me credit for it and are billing g me for a couch that was never ordered. I'm very disappointed and hope nobody has to deal with them

Originaly purchased a set of sofa love seat ,during the delivery it was damage but ali the owner said he would replace with new ones..he kept his word and was helpful and the delivery and set up was super fast...good service and excellent prices..thanks for making the process so easy.

My husband and I recently bought a new home in Sacramento. We came all the way to Fresno to US furniture to get most of our furniture . Ali helped us a lot and gave us the best prices for excellent quality furniture compare to other stores. We were able to get exactly what we were looking for our new home in this store. I would highly recommend them.

Not recommend, It is very bad everthing, bed broken in just month and sofa alredy broken when they deliver , never going on that place and lady don’t have sense to talk with customers rude staff , bad furniture never visit on that place ? and i mail many times but they don’t replace or repair nothing never visit on that place its worst place i ever seen ???????

Worst furniture store, bought a sectional sofa in may but still waiting on delivery and paying installments and every time you call them to know when they are going to deliver, they responds rudely especially owner guy, have no sense to talk to customer. Wish i could have an option to give no star.

TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ITS VALUED! Might be cheap but so is the customer service! Communication is non existent with this company. I understand issues come up and that's fine, but communicate those delays with the people who pay your bills (the customer). At no point did I feel like my business was valued. Originally quoted 2-3 weeks when In purchased my couch and bed on March 8th. Three weeks came and went and I heard nothing. I called and was told that wasn't accurate and that it would be delivered on the 11th of April. I took that day off, called in on the 10th to verify and confirm the delivery time for the next day, no one had any idea I was told that as a delivery date. I asked if they could just deliver the bed since it was in stock and and i had taken time off work to be there to receive the furniture THE OWNER told me no, I would have to pick it up. So even after this I explained that I had spent over $3k with their company plus lost wages from taking time off work and it was the least they could do, they said no. They then quoted me the 20th and that didn't happen either. Just got my stuff the other day which landed right around the 2 month mark. Pathetic excuse for a business

My husband and l practically furnished our entire home from US furniture. Ali, the store owner has been so helpful. He guided our selections and did his best to work out things with us. It’s a wonderful experience for me and my family as we leave very satisfied and we are enjoying our furniture at home like no man’s business. We are definitely going there again whenever the need arises.

US furniture by far one of the best furniture stores in California! I lived most of my life in west los Angeles near the pacific design center! The top of the pyramid on Interior design.... After browsing in several furniture stores in the fresno area. Some chain stores some other. Large and small. Us furniture a family own store. Very upscale quality merchandise at great prices. The best of the experience was the welcoming and casual conversation with their staff as well as the honesty and quick service. In other stores was asked to wait 6 months for a couch to be deliver. At Us furniture had it deliver in only 3 days. I highly recomend it

If I was able to rate it 0 stars I would!My sister order a ivory bed set and they kept delaying. They told her she would be getting her bed set in 6 weeks but it actually took 5 months and when she got it delivered it was a gray color not ivory. The workers and owner lie. They have her money and she has no bed and they aren’t trying to resolve the problem. Be careful buying at that furniture store unless you want to go to small claims

Bought a sectional leather sofa, and the one of the pieces have a huge rip on the back. Paid cash was promise to get a replacement, been months now. Jr Ali just keep delaying saying everything on back orders. When you use your hard earn money you would expect to get a good quality items not a damaged product. I would recommend everyone to stay far away from this store, take your hard earn cash esle where.

Worse place ever!! We bought a sofa bed 1500 bucks which didn’t fit so the movers never even took it out of the truck then they left so we went back to the store a few days later to try to get a refund for A product We purchased in full and never received The manager didn’t even care that was supposed to be for a 4 month old pregnant woman and since it wasn’t delivered she then had to sleep on a pad on the floor They didn’t offer store credit or anything all he said was there is no refund policy and no one ever told us and we didnt see any signs of it. All they are doing is sending me back the sofa bed that doesn’t even fit in the house when I called the sister store they said I can get store credit but the other store refused to compromise
