My laptop has been lagging a bit, so I called Valley Support to see about getting more RAM. Carlos talked (texted) me through my options. He got the parts, did the work, and had my laptop back to me in a couple of days. He's professional, friendly, and great about explaining the details. Taking my desktop in some time soon.
