This bank is horrible on customer service and punctuality when it comes to set appointments, it’s have been multiple times when we have an appointment set and they, we always get called from a representative 25 to 30 minutes. With the poor reviews this place has, I’m surprised on why they haven’t made a change!

Terrible Wells Fargo staff. Or what exists of the staff. There is ALWAYS a line at this location and 2-3 tellers working the counter. Wells Fargo needs to figure this mess out.

This is a terrible branch. Always understaffed and the ones that are working move so slowly. There is no sense of urgency. Instead of remodeling, maybe hire a new branch manager to fix this mess.
