“This is the first apartment I ever moved in and I was there for 6 months. I moved there because it was my first semester at CSUF and being walking distance from the campus was wonderful. The application process was very simple and easy. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. Shout out to Favour and Maria for helping me and my cousin out with the process and whenever we had questions and concerns. The apartment interior itself was pretty neat and modern. Amenities were great and the community was so quiet and nice. I will miss the surrounding food places and how close we were to big stores like Target. Fullerton weather will be missed as well!”
“Next month marks 10 years living at Cinnamon Ridge! I LOVE my apartment, and LOVE living in this beautiful, hillside complex! Too often people only write Yelp reviews when they're unhappy with something, but not often enough do we write to praise something. We expect good service and products. Stephanie Bates, Resident Manager, and Jenny, Leasing Manager are both superb, and have done an excellent job to resolve and improve tenant issues in the complex. Felipe and Raul, the Maintenance Managers, are also on top of things, and keep the place in good working order. Santiago has done a beautiful job with the landscaping the entire 10 years I've been here! The place is lush and manicured. Arnel Property Management has around 20 complexes around Orange County, and they're all nicely maintained. They're not necessarily the cheapest, but they're among the best.”
