“I came here to get water for my van on very limited time and I ended up wasting a 30 minute drive just to realize their water machine doesn’t work without any form of notice!”

“Very straightforward, reasonable, and trustworthy. My backup camera Was disconnected from an auto body shop who did a terrible job reconnecting my items after a paint job. Scot did a great job! Had amazing customer service and compared to the $250 examination price from Toyota. I paid a sweet price to get my backup camera fixed for a very affordable price. Nowhere near price gouging! Thank you so much!”

“Alberto P. is the man! My vehicle had encountered some debris by another vehicle (worn out tire on the road caught air and of all places lands right directly on the front of my vehicle) causing minor surface damage such as scratching/smearing my driver side windshield and paint on the driver side while on the freeway. Alberto provided the best communication over messaging so I drove to his shop in Santa Ana to see what could be done. I went in around 9am and the shop wasn't too busy mid week and he was very helpful. I obtained a price estimate and based off what had happened I found the price to be quite affordable. The service provided was excellent by him and one of the guys who was working on the vehicle most of the time. I was there for about 1 hour. My vehicle isn't exactly how it was before but the effort that they both put into was definitely noticeable. If I wasn't satisfied then Alberto wasnt satisfied either he definitely wanted it to look the best it could based off what he could offer. The customer service was above and beyond, he made and offered me a cup of coffee/cookies while waiting. I got to meet his friendly wife, Yolanda. It felt like I had gone to his house that's how welcoming the experience was. I definitely will be looking to come back for a detail in the future.”

“Had a great experience with Juan and J & J Auto Body. Juan is genuinely a good person who cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. We ran into a few unexpected issues during the process, and he was always willing to work through them with a positive attitude and make sure things were handled the right way. His pricing was reasonable, communication was good, and I appreciated how accommodating he was throughout the entire paint job. It’s refreshing to work with someone who cares about both the quality of the work and the person he’s doing it for. I would definitely recommend Juan and J & J Auto Body and will be coming back to him with more projects in the future.”

“Great communication. I sent out some stock nine spoke FXR rims to get polished. Exceeded my expectations. only issue I had is one of the rocker boxes I had chromed had a slight blemish that would’ve made it leak. No big deal send it back. He’s on top of it. I think the issue was is he didn’t look at it, I didn’t look at it, and my mechanic didn’t look at it until he went to put it on so there was a lot of wasted time on our end.”

“I just picked up my truck from getting detailed at Fullerton Car Wash. It looks amazing! They did an amazing job. They did the clay bar, shampooed the carpets and seats - and even the seatbelts!! Will definitely be taking it back for another detail when the time comes.”

“When it comes to do it yourself drive-through car wash places this one is a genuine gem! I’ve been coming here for years, even with the prior ownership and name. I have always been impressed with the quality of the wash and the vacuums. I cannot tell you how many times I’ve been to a car wash and the vacuums were just awful. Not here there’s only been one time that I remember coming here and the suction of the vacuums was subpar, but by the next time I came for a wash within two weeks they were fixed. The staff is friendly and serviceable. Always ready to provide a dash wipe or towels if they’re not readily available I couldn’t say more great things about this place.”

“Wow the people who give this place bad reviews probably doesn’t get their car washed that often. I worked at a full service car wash for 5 years and you can’t make a car brand new if you don’t take care of it and get it washed often. They do a GREAT job at this car wash!! Good price and good quality. I’ve gotten 4 details from them and carwashes and they have never disappointed. They have coupons on the website and great Groupon deals. Don’t let the negative reviews scare you- but also don’t expect a new car at the end”
