“Eric helped me out.
Eahora Romeo pro ll 2025.
Replaced 1-170mm diamond left crank arm. $20 for the part and 20 if thread was not busted for the labor, $30 because my thread was destroyed.
Labor to replace is easy, if you have a tool.
$30 to cut through aluminum is not. $50 for repair and part is fair. Amazon has cheaper crank arms.
** Edit ** Changed replacement cost to $50. Total was 74$. Still not bad, but notification would have been nice
They sell ebike tires, not many options though. No moped tires. Will not open up motors to grease and repair. Lot of selection in legal e-bikes.
Friendly service. First come first serve basis.”

“After looking at several different e-bikes online we decided to but a JVO bike. We are so happy we did. There's no question that JVO sells a top quality bike but what impressed us more was their outstanding level of customer service. A huge shout-out to Nick for his patience in answering my many questions and his willingness to help. He went above and beyond!”
“Awesome. Biked 30 miles round Anaheim. Came down from LA. They were super cool and fast in getting my bike some fresh air and tweaks so i can keep biking efficiently. no nonsense. non pretension like some LA bike shops.”
