“Had an issue with my front derailleur which couldn't shift to the big chainring. I was worried I snapped the shifter before I brought it in ?. Mechanic took a few looks at it, turns out it was mostly gunked up but functional. No charge for a simple repair(?)!”

“I have a Go Trax CTI Series E Bike. My issue is that my rear bike brake metal cable needed to be tightened, and my front bike brake cable needed to be replaced, it looked like it was going to snap. Vic is very professional and friendly. He is very clear about the prices and services. (~4% Card Charge, Bring Cash) And worked fast. He took about an hour to fix my bike. It costed me ~$45 (New Front Brake Cable, Adjustment of Rear Brake Cable, Inspection, Fast Turnaround). Overall, Vic is a great guy and a person that you can trust with your bike that need repairs. Not to mention, the plentiful of great used/new bikes. 5/5 Stars”

“Got a great condition Santa Cruz Nomad n4 CC from MTB Custom Builds and couldn’t be more stoked on how it came out. Ali’s main focus was to build the frame up exactly how I wanted it. He has parts distributors and puts these complete bikes together to get you a great custom bike built to your preferences.I highly recommend MTB Custom builds, especially if you want to buy a very nice used bike and to spec the parts to your liking (not used parts, new or takeoff parts, which is unheard of buying used). Ali put the bike together with me and got it dialed in, I had a say in every part he put on the frame.Also, Ali has many options so you can save some cash on that dream frame you want.Bottom line - Ali is a great guy and I enjoyed spending time in his shop talking bikes and building my new dream frame up, I highly recommend his services to anyone who is into MTB, he has tons of experience building bikes and KNOWS HIS STUFF, you really can’t go wrong.”

Replaced 1-170mm diamond left crank arm. $20 for the part and 20 if thread was not busted for the labor, $30 because my thread was destroyed.
Labor to replace is easy, if you have a tool.
$30 to cut through aluminum is not. $50 for repair and part is fair. Amazon has cheaper crank arms.
** Edit ** Changed replacement cost to $50. Total was 74$. Still not bad, but notification would have been nice
They sell ebike tires, not many options though. No moped tires. Will not open up motors to grease and repair. Lot of selection in legal e-bikes.

“Good customer service, fair prices. Dropped out a bike I had left in my backyard for 2 years. Requested a tire brand that wasn't in store. Owner said he could pick them up next day and install them. Replaced both tires, inner tube and added tire liner to each. Owner texted me the next day that the bike was ready. Picked it up, no issues.I had some issues with flat tires in the past. Told them my concerns, got some good recommendations. Offered fair prices. Got only the things I wanted and they didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't want. Service was good and fast considering I made a special order that wasn't already in the store.”

“Every time I have come into the shop, I have been greeted with friendliness and have had a good experience every time. But I want to make a special mention of Mark, who went above and beyond to help me. He even delivered my bike to my house using his truck because I wasn’t able to ride the bike home. He made great suggestions on which bike to buy and any adjustments I needed to make to the bike to fit me. He came by another time and adjusted my seat. He is extremely knowledgeable and has always taken the time to assist me no matter what my issue is. It has been a couple of years since I have gone in, but they are my go-to bike shop.”

“Pedal Barn Bikes is a gem, a bit hidden inside Carbon Canyon, but also next to a cool coffee shop, (when there opened). Mike is one of the best mechanics in the business, takes the time to explain what may be the issues on your bike, and gives options for repairs. He's meticulous and they stand by their work.Cindy is also very helpful on bikes and gear, providing a good price on a new Giant Trance, (aluminum) mt bike, which I've had almost no issues with after a year of riding.The place is a bit cluttered, but they still have bikes, parts & accessories, even some used gear priced well. It's still tough for shops to get the inventory they would like & need, but they'll do they best to provide it.As mentioned in other reviews, you could even ride right from the shop to a couple trails, but you will begin climbing right on of the gate. There generally open Thur-Sun. Btw, the owners & Mike all ride at a high level, and have decades of experience. Highly recommend this shop.”
