The maintenance staff, particularly Scott, are praised for their professionalism, trustworthiness, and ability to promptly address any issues. Residents also appreciate the cleanliness of the property, maintained by a dedicated cleaning staff. Overall, City Pointe Apartments offers a remarkable living experience, with a convenient downtown location, modern amenities, and a dedicated team committed to ensuring resident satisfaction. The apartments, grounds, courtyard, pool, gym, walkways and all other areas are beautiful, modern, maintained, clean and quiet, and Syria, the leasing office person who showed me around, was kind, courteous, helpful, informative and professional !

I find my experience with the staff members very friendly and punctual with their communication. The environment is frequently quiet and it is nice to have a community event at the park right behind the apartment.
