“Great urgent care facility!
Was in and out in 15 minutes ( including paperwork!) it’s a record! Doctor was listening all my concerns, explained all treatments and schedule follow up, in case I needed.Wow! You are rock!
Front desk polite and caring, taking time to listen and explain.
I used this office couple of times and it’s my first choice, also I recommend this office to everyone I care about.

“Had made an appointment two days prior and went through the entire pre-registration process, uploading my drivers license and insurance card and completing the questionnaire. I even gave my insurance information to the gal over the phone when I had called to inquire which day a certain doctor worked. Upon arrival, the receptionist said, she needed to see all that again because she didn’t have the information. I do not get the point of pre-registering. She was a bit curt and I was a bit frustrated.
UPDATE - it seems things have improved at the front desk. And the doctors are always very thorough. I particularly like Dr. Schumacher.”

“My primary care physician was excellent. He really took the time to get to know me, my medical history, etc. However, the physician's assistant seemed to be a bit inexperienced, especially when it came to drawing blood. She kept poking me all across the arm and this portion of my visit was generally an unpleasant experience.”
“Great doctor. Also great services. Ask about the new Blue Chair to strengthen the pelvic floor. They don't advertise this benefit but it dramatically improved my sexual performance !”

“I was unsure about the company at first, my dad was placed with a social worker for housing with this place , the start was rough, he was assigned to his housing case manager Brittany. Brittany was able to get my dad housed within a month and not only did she get him housed she checked on my dad daily beyond her duties , today will Be my dad’s last day with Ms Brittany and I would love to say thank you for being the kind hearted person and thank you for all your help. My recommendation if your looking for housing ask for Brittany in the Sacramento area”

“It used to be St. Jude but now I’m guessing Providence took over 1 or 2 years ago since the sign on the building is Providence now. However it is Providence St. Jude now.
Always come in for my wellness check up. No issues. Clean building.
This building has a lot of different offices.
I go to Suite 200. In that suite, it is very big with plenty of seating area. However there are no drinking water in the waiting area. So bring your own water bottle.
Only thing is if your appointment is at a certain time, they make you come 15 min earlier to check in.
Also, your appointment time isn’t exactly when they call you. You’re going to still be waiting longer for them to call you. And then you’re gonna wait more time for the doctor to see you.

“I’ve known Dr. Cerni since 2000. My mom was her patient. I also had the great pleasure of knowing her brother-in-law. Joe Cerni. I loved and adored her as my doctor. The most intelligent, caring and with personable bed side manner I’ve never known as a doctor and a wonderful human being. As a medical professional is/was an outstanding medical professional. She was also a friend. The friendship you have with your doctor. Always on a professional level. She treated my like family. That matters. After I had my stroke in 2019 , she saw me a few days after my stroke. Very caring. She told me I’d be fine and I’d make a full recovery. I did. I’m grateful for her. My mom wasn’t so lucky. Nothing she did, but she got the diagnoses right. She had gone to 1 or two other doctors. They didn’t know what was wrong. She did. I know this long winded. Thank you as a wonderful person and an amazing Doctor. Wishing her good luck and health in her retirement.”
“I switched over to Dr. Mohammedi about a year ago and it's been a productive and proactive time since. I feel that you can have an idea of what you want to accomplish or you can just show up and he will work with you and be proactive rather than reactive about your health. I got my physical done here and I had some concerns and lots of questions and Dr. mohammedi actually took the time to go through it them and even explain some points I didn't think about. The staff is nice and they will accommodate your schedule. Dr.s table side manner is next level and he really tries to make your experience comfortable.”
