Wednesday 8:40 AM. Entered as a walk-in staff was helpful and kind. Desk staff greeted everyone and provided directions. Phlebotomist was efficient and friendly. Lab work and sample collected and I was able to leave. 30 minutes later.

Super easy to make appt online. Had to reschedule a few times - did it all online. Easy check in via mobile. When I finally did interact with humans, I was begetting to wonder if they employed any, super helpful and pleasant. When I had my blood drawn it was painless and quick. Sunnyhill location in Brea you rock!
