Quest Diagnostics is a spot for blood draws that many customers and their families use. The staff is very welcoming, professional, super nice, caring, and helpful, with exceptional kindness, skill, calm, and compassion noted. The phlebotomists are skilled, putting people at ease with their warmth and attention to detail. The facility is very clean, with a clean waiting area, and is an easy-to-find location with lots of parking. Service is quick with minimal wait times when you have an appointment, and the process is efficient. Check-in kiosks allow for easy rescheduling, though some screens need maintenance as touch features are not always responsive. In an emergency, all employees were hands on and knew what to do. The overall experience is good, with efficient service where blood samples are obtained successfully even for those with tiny veins.

Robert helped me (im pretty sure that was his name) he was in room 2. He was so nice and helpful and answered a lot of my questions and made me feel welcome. I always have a good experience when I go to this Quest location.
