Veronica is sweet and nice. I love the appointment system. I got in and out in 10 minutes. The only issue is there are a lot of elderly patients who are not tech savvy and they don’t know how to make appointment or check in on the machines. Given that majority of patients are 65 and older, Quest should reconsider their check in system and have a person in the reception area at all times.

I came here on Thursday 1/18/23. The place was clean and easy to check in. I had made an appointment and was called in quickly. The lady that drew my blood out her name was RB was so sweet and careful. She knew I was nervous and scared so she tried her best to distract me by talking to me. She was quick and so nice! She didn't bruise me and the pain didn't linger like it usually does. I hope the next time I have to get blood draw I get RB again.

I had scheduled an appointment VIA website which was super convenient to see all the availability and locations once I arrived I was out in less than 20 minutes Victoria was so helpful I didn't feel a thing and was shocked it was over so quick she was very professional and informative I'm a pretty anxious person and she handled it no problem just had to point out what a great job she is doing.

My experiences at this location have been great! Bianca was extremely patient and understanding. Since I have a tendency to pass out getting blood drawn, she suggested I lay down in a chair in a private room. That was the best decision ever. I recommend going online to make an appointment to reduce wait time.

Idk why so many negative reviews. I was having low expectations, but my experience changed my expectations. Since I got there late, I have an appointment it was cancelled due to I can’t be there on time about 20 minutes late, so I checked in at the kiosk, I was scheduled for an hour later, someone came to me as I was looking for help but I didn’t speak up since the personnel seems busy but he came to me and asked if I needed any help.I arrived at the office ten minutes prior to my scheduled time. I clicked the link from test sent from Quest, soon my name was called.Marie is the nurse who helped me with my lab work. She is friendly, communicative and patient.

I have been here several times, and this seems to be the best Quest. They are always quick to serve (with appointment) and quick with results. I personally have "easy" veins, so I have never been in pain on this facility with doing any of my testing. The staff is always quick, efficient, clean and friendly for the most part!

They use to have employees processing people insurance but they got ride of them and have their technicians who take the blood to process insurance papers too. However, they know nothing about the paper works. I gave them both of my insurances primary and secondary but technician did not know how to process the secondary insurance as result, I got a bill for $144.00 that I am still trying to clear after couple months. If you have your technicians who take the blood also process the insurances papers, at least train them. It is all cost cutting and patients end up paying for company profits. This review is for Fullerton lab located in North Harbor St.

Took my son here in for blood test today. I would have to say this place very nice the lady drew my sons blood was very nice and very gentle that my som did not even feel it. If your kids needs blood draw I would recommend this place

Horrible! You are less than dirt to the staff. I checked in for an appointment that I made on line using their system. They scanned my drivers license as well as my insurance card. I waited TWO hours. When finally called in they informed me they would not accept my insurance.

The greatest thing about this location is that they are open at 5 am in the morning. This is great if you have to do labs that require fasting because you can schedule an early a.m. appointment and not have to worry about fasting during waking hours. The worst thing is that this facility is great at losing faxed requests or "never receiving" them. If you come here, Always, ALWAYS, ask your doc for a copy of the orders so you can bring them with you. Also, make sure you have a fax number of where they should send the results. They can't do the tests without a fax number.
