Took my dad to get blood work done on 10/2/25 at 6:10 am and the employee was so rude with us when we were leaving she called my dad stupid, she tried playing it off by saying stupid cups never coming back here again worst service ever!!!

This would be 5 stars if it were a review for the lab staff.
This place NEEDs an admin staff. There are 4 machines that check people in and absolutely nobody to talk to when the machine gets things wrong. The machines went crazy today and 4 of us in the waiting room had to flag down the lab staff to deal with the system not allowing us to check in.
The facilities are nice and the staff are pleasant and know what they are doing. Give patients someone to talk to when the system breaks because otherwise you get complete chaos and a whole lot of angry people fuming in the waiting room without any options until they can grab one of the technicians as they are calling another patient.

First timer at quest diagnostics
I had an 8:30 AM appointment, but I arrived at 5:30 AM because I needed to coordinate care for my parent, who has Alzheimer’s dementia. When I arrived, there were only about five people waiting, yet the staff didn’t begin calling anyone until their exact scheduled time. The staff mentioned that people without appointments often end up waiting over three hours, which isn’t fair. If the center opens at 5 AM, they should be prepared to manage all patients effectively right from the start. It’s not right that they make people wait until their exact time slots, especially when there’s a large staff available. This is particularly challenging for elderly individuals who might not be comfortable with technology or the app. It’s unfair to make them wait so long simply because they don’t have an appointment.

I was in and out in less than15 min. Made my appointment online for 11am a week in advance, checked in at 10:55, and I was done by 11:10. I definitely would recommend making an appointment if you can.

walk-ins 30-60 minutes is not true! They're so behind you'll wait forever. Make an appointment or dont bother at all.

Don’t bother making an appointment- the wait is still long this is my second attempt because the first time is was late you’ll be forced to wait in standby or reschedule. Terrible experience. I prefer labcorp much better experience and customer service

This was the best quest that I have used. Extremely efficient! I got in before my appointment time. Martha was my technician, and she was awesome! Did not even feel her put the needle in my Arm! She was very friendly. The whole experience from the minute I walked into the door until I left was probably 10 minutes at most. I highly highly recommend this location.

I made an appointment easily on line. I arrived a few minutes before appointment time. I easily check in with a Kiosk and My name was called right after. l had a good experience.

Me and my toddler had a great experience in our visit on Saturday, we arrived 5 min late and they got us in immediately, I was a little nervous because it was my daughter's first time having a blood test but it was very fast, all staff was very nice and friendly, and my girl had no fear and they git her some stickers at the end so everything went great, it was clear that the nurse had a lot of experience.
