Came here with an appointment for a pass port at 2:45, no one was here. Really weird. It’s 2:45 on a Monday. Do not come here for passports

1. No passport service until mid-June 2026. Person doing passports is out. 2. Only stairs up the entrance, no ramp.. 3. Street parking or enter the small lot on Pomona. Don’t turn right into the small alley from Commonwealth. 4. No entrance to the building in the lot. Walk around to the front.
