Despite the challenges, the postal workers are doing their best to serve the community.

Extremely poor services in everything that they do from mail delivery, purchasing stamp, shipping, and passport. They think people owe them something and they can’t get it. This is unfortunate because there are some hard working federal employees among them.

I made a passport appointment for 2:15pm. Arrived at 2pm and they said she’s on lunch until 3pm
