“Over the years I’ve had to use the services of several UPS stores for personal and business reasons. I must say, this is the best one among 8 or 9 that I’ve used. Always clean, always well organized, always staffed well and always friendly. I strongly recommend this location if you’re in need of shipping, mail boxes, etc. They do it all and they do it very well.”

“Quick and easy drop off!Slid in here right before they closed on Friday! Wooohoo made it before close. I had my return with labels ready to go. As I was rolling in, a couple of UPS trucks were pulling up and grabbing all the shipments. I was just in the nick of time! I walked over to the desk, and she weighed my package. Helped me by putting on the labels and off I went. Quick and easy drop off. I was on my way in no time to start the holiday weekend. Parking is not great in this center. There are multiple places to eat, a Starbucks and the UPS store. Some j*** cut me off when I was trying to park in a spot. So parking can be a little frustrating here, especially when you have two large UPS pickup trucks blocking one side of the road.”

“I absolutely loved the customer service at this place!! I came to deliver my package and during COVID it has been a huge hassle getting stuff around the country, so I was nervous going in thinking something was going to go wrong during the mailing process, but Ryan the owner made me feel at easy and welcomed right away. He was very genuine and took time to make sure my package was taken care of. Also, he was very friendly and asked me how my day was and if I liked their services, because who does that now a days at UPS honestly! Love these guys, highly recommend their services.”

“I recently visited this USPS office to drop off a package for shipment, and while the overall experience was efficient, I encountered an issue with the package drop-off.Upon entering the USPS office, I was pleased to see that there was not a long line or significant wait time. The service seemed to be well-managed, and the staff appeared attentive and ready to assist customers. This was definitely a positive aspect of my visit, as I was able to save time and complete my transaction quickly. However, when I attempted to use the package drop-off, I encountered a problem. The drop-off slot was jammed, preventing me from properly depositing my package. I tried a couple of times, but unfortunately, it remained stuck. It was disappointing to encounter this issue, as the convenience of a functioning drop-off is one of the main reasons I choose USPS for shipping my packages.Despite the jammed drop-off, the staff promptly noticed my struggle and came to my assistance. They were courteous and did their best to resolve the issue promptly. While I appreciated their efforts, it was still a minor inconvenience that could have been avoided if the drop-off had been properly maintained.I understand that occasional technical difficulties can occur, but it is essential for USPS to ensure that all equipment, including package drop-offs, are regularly checked and maintained to provide a seamless customer experience.Overall, while the lack of long lines and wait times was a positive aspect, the jammed package drop-off was a significant inconvenience. I hope USPS takes note of such issues and implements measures to prevent them in the future. Despite this setback, I appreciate the efforts of the staff in addressing the problem promptly.”

“Today, the post office had an extremely long line of customers. Zulma and Sid got the line down quickly and after everyone was gone (except me ), I thanked Zulma for always being patient with me whenever I came in and had more than the normal amount of questions. She responded with thanks and I also let her know how helpful Sid was to me, on a prior visit. They are so understaffed, it's ridiculous. Yet, they both have a great disposition. Please be kind to the postal workers, they are doing their best to get you taken care of.”

“I would like to outline and complement the staff on duty Christmas Eve here at this facility in Fullerton. Before I am able to do so I must discuss my situation and a very important Christmas delivery I was waiting for from FedEx. A large and heavy important package was to be overnighted to my home as scheduled as an overnight delivery. It was a Saturday and the extra fees had been paid to FedEx to ensure this type of weekend delivery. For one reason or another or just the chaotic delivery load that accompanies this time of year, my box was not delivered and was going to be rescheduled two days after Christmas. Any parent knows that somethings super important such as the crowning gift for a son at Christmas is some thing that makes or breaks Christmas morning. After calling the 800 FedEx number, I was put in touch with the staff at Fullerton who subsequently chase down my package and told me I could come down and get it, only A few minutes before 5 PM closing for Christmas Eve. I was told that a woman by the name of Evelina was on duty and she was able to determine my package was sitting there at their office and they would help me. Upon my arrival a gentleman by the name of Matt pleasantly greeted me and got down to business. After confirming my identification and cross checking my tracking number he disappeared into a large warehouse searching for my package. These two folks demonstrated professionalism and courtesy under the duress of the incredibly busy and crushing holiday shipping season. At no point did either of them make any excuses, present any reservations or speak to anything in this situation other than I can do it let's get it taken care of we can help you. In the military we used to recognize these folks with gratitude and an award and expression known as Bravo - Zulu... a job well done. This is well-deserved and appropriate for folks like this who are tired at the end of their day going many long days into the season and still being professional and embodying the can-do spirit, the spirit that made FedEx what it is and what it has been. I cannot comment on crushed boxes or anybody's experiences beyond the one that I have. There are lots of complaints in photos about such things on here however nobody has control over that individually, certainly a package passes through Minihans before it gets to this Fullerton office. This office should be judged on its staff presentation and all things in its operational control. In my opinion this place gets the job done it's presentation is clean and orderly and the staff is phenomenal. Thank you!”

“As a frequent customer, I feel compelled to address some of the complaints raised by a number of the reviews as well as shed a little positivity amongst the river of negativity. First off, one thing people need to realize is that this specific location is a FedEx Express Ship Center. Thus, they only handle express packages. From what I've been informed, each fedex company (ground, express, freight) have their own way of doing things and unfortunately express is the only company that offers an in facility drop off service. All the other companies request that you schedule a pickup from either your business or residence. The reason they only accept 5 GROUND packages here till 5 pm is because they're holding them for ground drivers to come pick up at their facility. They have a limited capacity to store them in their warehouse so even though it might be slightly annoying, it is what it is. They're technically not even supposed to accept them because it's not their job to cover for ground but they do in order to help out ground's customers as best they can. Second, to my understanding is that if you live in gated apartments it's going to be very difficult to gain access without providing a way to get in beforehand to fedex. To avoid this issue I will always call to make sure the driver knows my entrance information and if I can't, then I just put the package on hold at their station. I've never had an issue doing this. But so far even though their service hasn't been perfect, their customer service has always been very helpful and accommodating of my needs. Just my two cents”
