Terrible service and rude staff. They saunter around like they can't be bothered to be there, even when there's a line. They're rude to customers, talking to them like surly teenagers, don't wear a uniform half the time, and generally act like you're bothering them by existing. There's usually only one person serving while the others move around like zombies, seemingly doing nothing. Zero professionalism.

Really weird interaction by an aggressive post office worker who was very aggressive to a customer in line and when confronted on her attitude, she went in the back and refused to come back out. After a few minutes, she came back out to tell me everyone she was closed and to go somewhere else. Wouldn’t give us in line her name or badge number and she was wearing a black hoodie (wasn’t wearing any US Post office uniform at all which is weird) and was yelling at the only black woman in line all because that customer wanted to get proof of her service. I used to go here, now I’m not going to.

The older gentleman with glasses and face mask has no sense of urgency stood in like for 1 hour and 7 minutes before getting to him . Only 5 people in front of me when I walked in . This needs to get fix I wasent the only one disappointed.

What a wast of time, we went to get our passports on the time of our scheduled appointment and the lady at the front desk told us to come back later because the other lady was on break, we waited for a while and turns out the lady wasn’t gonna show up so they ended up sending us to another us postal service which ended up also being a waste because they couldn’t help us there either, NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN!!

I entered at 12:20 pm and came out at 1 pm after sending one book. Before us, a woman brought $10,000 and the worker started counting the money. Behind me, there were more than seven customers, all of them complained about how long it was taking.

I set up a appointment here. And they ended up opening late and I told them I made appointment and All that for them to tell me “ you don’t need a appointment for a passport” so I come back with new forms And for them to tell me they don’t take walk ins that we need a appointment and this came from the same lady’s mouth.
The same lady !!!!! . She told me we don’t need appointment. And now she tells me we do ???

Been coming here for 17 years. These reviews if anything are exaggerated. Staff is very helpful, and courteous. I’ve witnessed people get upset because of the wait. You only wait as long as necessary because people are given their undivided attention the way it should be.

Dropped a package off inside of the drop off box outside and it never got delivered. It's been more than a week. Terrible! I lost a lot of money on that. Don't ever go here.

Dropped of my package 2 days ago between 230pm and 3pm. dropped it off where it says. "drop off parcels".. 2 days.. still no notification at all. worst service ever. ppl need to get fired and hire competent ppl. I have been to postal offices and i get a notification within a few hours. and this is taking 2 days?
