I was dreading this. I went to the store to get a new phone and plan. I was helped by Ruby. One word. AWESOME!!! She walked me through the whole process, which included transferring all my data. It was totally seamless and effortless. Great job, Ruby!!!

Horrible customer service. I ordered online and it was supposed to be a quick pick up. Yet I waited over 20 minutes to get my "quick order" a guy by the name of David said the safe was locked yet I saw him go back there twice. If I could give them 0 stars I would've.

we had such a great experience yesterday. we don't have to wait long and Alex was very knowledgeable and efficient he helped us get 2 phones an iPad and a iwatch at a great price! I suggest everyone go to this location and ask for Alex he was awesome!

Danny was a godsend. Danny worked with us tirelessly to ensure everything from my old iPhone 10 transferred successfully to the new iPhone 15 pro. Danny explained in great detail to make sure there was no confusion regarding our plan. Thank you so very much. I love the camera on my new phone. I've been taking pictures all over Disneyland.

Manager Erika very rude and stuff very bad , unprofessional and agressive, Before a company that claims to be large employs workers who do not know the law and violate it, they must be expelled. Erika’s manager told me that it is forbidden to photograph and evaluate. Certainly, she is ignorant of the law. She has the right to photograph and evaluate whenever she wants. The prices are exaggerated compared to other companies. The shop is very unsuccessful. It must be closed. I do not advise it. Challenge me to deal with them and buy from them. I will put all my belongings in a video for everyone who has witnessed mistreatment and rudeness to watch.

I went to this store to return my pixel fold because the phone was defective, and it was charging too too slow. The guy said the phone has no problem and asked for a restocking fee. If a phone does not charge properly, then the phone has a PROBLEM. these people are so ignorant to understand this. I called Verizon directly.

Ripped off! I came in last April with my wife who needed cell service on my already established (20 years with Verizon) account. I was told she qualified for a free phone since we were adding a new line. Of course, we signed many disclosures, but didn't think anything of it, because we were adding a line. However, due to the tightening economy and family budget, we decided to change to another carrier a few weeks ago (1 yr 4 mo. later after adding her line). However, when I received my bill, it was $444.77. I actually though I might get a credit but found out I was almost $500 in the hole. After multiple calls to customer service, I was finally able to find out that we were signed up for a 3-year contract for her line. However, that was never discussed with us by the representative. Of course, they have me by the balls since I did sign all their forms. All I have to say is if they ever tell you it is free, it is not! Also, they are not there to give you customer service, but instead get commissions for all the plans and phones the set you up for. The are not your advocate and only want to screw you out of your money. This is the crappiest store I have ever dealt with and will likely keep me from ever going back to Verizon again.

Ruby was beyond exceptional - presented with an issue, she calmly and efficiently diagnosed the why and resolved. She took the time to demonstrate on the phone how to address if ever a reoccurrence. Allowed a return demonstration. This weary nurse left Verizon beyond grateful

Came in today because one of our phones wasn't receiving calls. Ivonne was extremely helpful, answered all of our questions resolved our issue quickly and was really friendly and personable the entire time. It was really nice to come in and be greeted and helped the way Ivonne did today.
