“I went here to get ice cream for my niece's birthday party. It was so hard to pick only a few of them but I was able to get a variety that I think children and adults will enjoy. The maps sent me to Santa Fe street but that's the back of the business so don't park there. I ended up moving my car and parked by the Mexican restaurant on commonwealth. They let me borrow a shopping cart to take my boxes to my car. The guy that helped me was friendly. The ice cream comes in boxes of 12/18/24. For example, the ice cream cones come in 24 and looney tunes cups come in a box of 12. That's if you want to buy in bulk. They also have a freezer if you want to buy only a few. You can pay with card. I bought in bulk and for my order (126 pieces) I paid a little more than one dollar per item. Overall I am happy with my order and will be returning.”

“On a Friday Friday afternoon I was in a pinch and needed a couple sheets of abs in an odd size. These guys came through and had exactly what I needed. The sales guy was awesome and I didn’t catch his name. We hit a minor billing snag when I was picking up and Phillip and Jesus handled it like absolute bosses. This place will be my regular supplier going forward.”

“Have had several prescriptions filled here and never had an issue. The Pharmacist knows my name when I walk up and never had to wait for service but I do normally come during the week. The only negative thing I would say is they don't list the hours when they are closed for lunch.”

“We mistakenly left our laptop in its case in our shopping cart when we loaded our car. At night right before Sam's Club was closing and didn't realize it wasn't with us until we got home!! I lost my mind! Beyond upset was an understatement. My husband then drove back to Sam's Club after they were closed but he found employees Kishan (spelling?) and Miguel who were bringing in carts who had found our laptop and turned it into lost and found. These 2 employees did an amazing thing, finding it and turning it in and then helping my husband get it from the closing staff from inside in the warehouse. Management, if you are reading this review, please reward Kishan and Miguel for their amazing customer service!! What wonderful employees they are!! Thank you so so much!!”

“There are many great things about this Costco: amazing member services, products rarely go out of stock, and the variety is just better than the local competitor. That said, the crowds here are next levels of terrible. Parking and even driving in the parking lot has had me drive across town to the competition. There's a science to parking lot design. The company that designed this one didn't believe in science. It's almost as if someone randomly drew parking spaces on a whim and called it a day.Getting gas here is so painful that I joined another club just for gas. The lack of "scan and go" feature means waiting in lengthy lines that make every trip an adventure.The self checkout should be the store's saving grace, but the aggressiveness of the employees who monitor self checkout makes the experience uncomfortable. I have to show my receipt on the way out the door, I don't need two employees hovering over me to make sure I have a club card - it's required to start the checkout process. ?‍♂️ I've even been stopped while checking out because my partner, who is also on the account, was paying. They forced me to pay because she didn't have her card on her.Pro tip: go shortly after open on week days. Avoid the after work times and all weekend long. This will save you most of the hassle I mention above. Enter on the AMC side to miss most of the frustration caused by the Costco parking lot.”

They are always available, when you call you talk to a person without delays. I think they are awesome ! Good prices as well.”

“I go to a Sams club in my hometown, but it's nice to see one all the way here. Much larger of a area as well. Many products that is not available in my hometown, are being sold here. The cafe is also nice too, nice windows. Very packed, but it's the usual ambiance.”
