“Mike was EXCEPTIONAL! Such a kind man that went out of his way to help replace my battery. They take appointment only and I came in much later in the day around 4PM. I didn't realize an appointment was needed so we were arranging for me to come back the next morning early on. Mike was willing though to take a look to see if it's a battery issue or other issues involved. When we went to the lot, behold my car wouldn't start and mind you it was pouring cat and dog. Mike took a brief quick and said the battery needed replacement now and pushed my car from the lot inside with the help of his guy. He called a few different vendors before one finally agreed to delivery a brand new battery to the shop. Although the issue was minute, the fact that Mike went above and beyond to help me out and event took off 50% labor cost since it was raining and I would have been stranded. Totally just brought in a new customer and will for sure bring my wife's and family's cars here as well.Thanks Mike!”

“I have been going to the Discount Tires Store in Fullerton on Highland for more than 10 years. They treat everybody great and I always leave feeling like I got a great deal and the work is always performed as I hoped. I have dealt with the store manager, Robert, the last few times and he'll treat you great. Plus if you make a reservation you get in immediately. My synthetic oil change took no time at all. They offer full service for your cars at a fair price and great prices on tires. I use to do my oil changes myself, but now I always have it done here, because it's so inexpensive, it isn't worth climbing under my car and getting dirty. I give this company 5 stars. They're the best.”

“I actually did not get tires from them, but my existing car had a boat lodged into the tire and I called him how much it cost to patch the tire. They actually said it was nothing. It's a free service for anybody. Who's not even their customer. Came out to help us out to look at what needs to be done, and he really took care of us. It was also a line for free tire check up and the line was kinda long, but the staff really make sure that people are taken care of as well I have to say I will definitely go back to get my new set of tires.”
