“I just had to add to my review, as things have gotten even better than they started out as. My lisinopril is very important for me, as it is a blood pressure medicine that i need daily. I had just noticed that i was down to my last three pills and was worried because i have had to beg my doctor for a refill every time that I've run out of this medication...but lo and behold, CVS has already sent me a reminder to pick up my meds as a text, having refilled the prescription for me in advance! They are on top of it! This makes it SO MUCH easier this time.
Everything else is unchanged or better. I still feel the same way or better. They always send me texts about my pills and always give stellar service when i visit, smiling away the whole time. They are a joy to deal with, regardless of which employee is helping me! Here is the older review from months back:
I had the most wonderful experience with a dedicated and helpful pharmacy employee at CVS inside of Target Fullerton. Her name was Salina and she gave me better service and personal attention than I have ever received ANYWHERE, much less at a pharmacy. She made me feel like I was t h e most important customer or patron that they have ever had. I felt so strongly about CVS's new improved attitude that I had promptly taken their survey online and informed them that Salina needs a raise or a promotion immediately. I hope that everyone gets the same level of attention to detail, care and passionate service that I have received that day, for their sakes. I am 55 and I have never had a better experience, for lack of an apparent reason, as I have with Salina. I said I would spread the word and here it is on Google!

“David Shana Christy and the new Pharmacy manager (I can't remember her name) consistently provide amazing service. They definitely go above and beyond to find you the lowest price whether it is through your insurance or one of the programs they offer.”
“I've been coming here to the Fullerton location since it first opened. I originally started out at the one in La Habra because I lived in Brea at the time. The pharmacist there, Mandy was transferred to the Fullerton location when it first opened and I transferred with her because she was that good. She is a sweetheart, very professional, personable, caring and patient and goes the extra mile to handle all of my prescription needs. I've never had any pharmacist be so comprehensive with my medication needs so you can understand why I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. There is a team of other pharmacists like Cindy who is the same way and another woman that I can't think of her name off-hand but she is just as professional and caring. Their assistance Patrick, Christine, and Lisa are always very helpful, just as knowledgeable but of course on the complex questions or concerns they're quick to hand me over to Mandy or Cindy to make sure I get accurate information. When COVID hit they introduced curbside delivery and still have that option. It has been a blessing because of my disability/mobility issues and the pick up is convenient. I have the Plus Membership which enables me to have free shipping and curbside pickup on all of my other orders so I don't do a lot of in-store shopping. For this reason, curbside suites me great!”
“My goodness this pharmacy is one of the best I have been to! The pharmicists were sooo soo sweet and helpful. Major shout out to the lovely and sweet lady name Tiffany(I think that was what her name was was!) who helped me pick a good medicine for my cramps. Will come back again if I need to buy more pills for my cramps.”
“The two gentlemen at the Tire Center, Mark and Michael were pleasant and helpful. I did have a glitch with my tire order which caused me to stand at the counter for 40 minutes and Mark had to go speak to the manager a couple times, Neri. I wasn't happy about waiting, but thankful that everything worked out in the end. The prices here are competitive and I appreciate Mark, Michael and Neri going the extra mile to help me.”
“I love Sam's Club very much. They have everything I need and the quality of their products are the same as Costco, I also a member of, but without a long line waiting to pay or getting gas.
Sam's Club Croissants are superb, they have a much better taste than Those of Costco.”

“I love this pharmacy. I actually have to go out of my way to get there (20 min by car), but it's worth it. It is a small pharmacy; everyone knows your name. Also, the Gold rx card works wonders here. I am saving over $100 on my prescription (now only $4.96). Highly recommend..pharmacist Mac and technician Shana are the heart of the pharmacy.”

“Wonderful its 2:30 am in the morning first of all , for the very 1st time and i come maybe 3 times or more a week theCVS store smelled so fresh.As i walked in I see a young lady name , Franceli, actually sweeping and using the dust pan to pick up off floor as im walking down the isle I was impressed .so nice and clean i am not kidding she is the first cashier Ive ever seen doing this.When i was paying she was the cashier with such professional customer service I applaud CVS for hiring Franceli. Good Job!!”
“I found some Nacho Cheese Takis. They're really difficult to find in other stores. Small parking lot. I got myself a Black Stag Vanilla Iced Latte. Total came out to six dollars and some change. Cashier did not seem to be very happy working there, but he was pretty kind to me and customer before me. The chips and iced latte were easy to find. Overall, I'm glad I found those Nacho Cheese Takis, and I enjoyed my purchase.”

“This is an excellent pharmacy! Compared to going to Rite Aid all these years and closed down, i came here to Ralphs to transfer my prescription. Picked it up same day unlike Rite Aid of having to wait a day or two for it to be ordered and ready and having to deal with rude pharmacists. Night and day difference here at ralphs. They even put my prescription on automatic! I couldn’t believe it when she told me! Great service here all in all.”
