“Going to the post office is not always a preferred task, but Ellen and her team at this location make it easy. They are friendly, professional, knowledgeable and patient. No one likes to wait a long time, but sometimes we just have to. Please be kind to them.”
“Checked google maps and saw it was busier than normal. Waited 15 minutes and came over to ship a package. The line moved faster than I could fill out the shipping label. We’ll done postal workers!”
“A USPS carrier ran into our fence and came out to check the damage. Returned the following Sunday and fixed it himself. No fuss, no drama, just somebody taking responsibility and doing the right thing. So refreshing to interact with people who are willing and ready to do right thing for others.”
“I don't know what this community expects from their post office but l think you have a real gem here. Plenty of parking and even shaded which is very hard to find in this hot box that is California.Very nice and helpful ladies at the counter. They helped me get the correct postage for a special square envelope l was sending to Dad for Father's day”
“This location is having quite a bit of issues with their service; They've lost my packages more than once and they never assume their responsibility. Interesting the last time I was there another customer made comments on the same issue/problem.Their service needs to improve a lot!!!”

“This IS the tiny post office, with the friendly staff that time has forgot. Excellent customer service and attention to detail that was once expected at most post offices and rarely found till now. Note that this review was from a lunchtime visit where they are rotating out desk staff. Of course there was a line; however the two staff on deck handled a ever increasing line with aplomb smiling and joking all the while seeing to every customer. This is during the holiday rush too!!! To me this is the only post office in Santa Rosa.”

“Very small PO but great service.Counter is through the door, on the left, when you go through the front door.When you enter, the mailboxes are straight ahead.It's so small that you should wait until someone exits the counter area before entering.”
