This facility is absolutely immaculate. Very clean, including the shop area where the window tinting takes place. I bought my car in 2017 and I had my windows tinted shortly after. Great work. I was definitely satisfied. They told me to hold on to my original receipt because if my windows started to bubble, they would replace free of charge. In order to have free of charge, DON'T FORGET, YOU NEED THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT. It came time to have my back window redone, 6 yrs later. I took my orginal receipt in with me and there was no charge! When I picked my vehicle up, they told me to keep the receipt. Same thing. It will be no charge if I have the receipt. That is so awesome. The work is high quality. Friendly service as well! Again, I highly recommend. Thank you.”

“I've needed help with a car battery change and after a horrible experience with AAA. I remembered getting my car repaired in the past at this location and they were so friendly and had done a good job on my electric car. I've talked to the owner, Clint, and he was very nice and accommodating and when I told him that AAA said that since my car was an electric car that no one on their end was qualified to change the 12v battery. Clint told me to come in when I am able to and just tell the people that we talked and when I got their the next day every one was friendly and nice. They changed the battery for me since I already bought one and I was on my way out the door. They were very professional on the phone and in person. I recommend this place to anyone that need some car repair. 5 stars.”

“Called Lodi Auto Glass and Windshield Replacement one day and they were able to schedule someone for the following day. Zak came out and was great! Friendly, honest and helpful explaining things. When he got there (he was even early which was great) he realized that as there are multiple possibilities for the windshield he was fixing that he had the wrong glass. He apologized, told us he could go get it and would come right back. We didn’t have to reschedule as he was still in the time frame tee we’re originally told. He kept us updated via texts about his timeline and showed back up and got the job done quickly and efficiently. A neighbor even stopped by asking about fixing a couple of chips and he had some time and was able to help her as well! All in all a great experience! Zak Rocks!! Thank you!”
“Jerome and his team were absolutely impeccable in helping me get back on the road. While driving back to Los Angeles, my hood flipped up and completely shattered my windshield, pushed the roof back, and bent the hood frame. I was stranded far from home with a packed car and a dog waiting for me, and had to stay at a hotel overnight, hoping Safelite could help the next morning.
This was truly an emergency, and Jerome went above and beyond. He had a team member personally drive to pick up the needed part and bring it back so they could squeeze my car in between appointments. They carefully secured the hood with bungee cords and tape to make sure it was safe for me to get back on the highway.
I’m incredibly thankful for Jerome and his team. Because of them, I was able to make it home to my dog that same night and get to work the next day. Thank you so much!”
