“My husband and I had a wonderful time at your hotel. The room service was amazing, and everyone was so welcoming especially Hope at the front desk! She has incredible customer service skills, a warm smile, and a fantastic attitude. On our way out, since we had missed breakfast, she thoughtfully made sure we had coffee for the road.
