“Specialized Exhaust was supremely easy to deal with and refreshingly crystal clear about terms, expectations, and etc. Expert automotive, who are also quite exceptional, recommended specialized exhaust for my situation, and I'm very grateful that they did. I've not the slightest doubt that i got the finest workmanship available to me, and that's absolutely worth every penny.”

“I highly recommend Automotive Solutions, a family-owned automotive shop. Their integrity, knowledge, fair pricing, and timeliness truly set them apart. They’ve navigated economic shifts and even the heartbreaking loss of the owner, yet Valerie and her family have continued to persevere and serve our community with the same dedication and care. It’s rare to find a business that combines professionalism with genuine heart — and they do exactly that. Elk Grove is fortunate to have them. Dave & Lorie Gardner ~ The Gardner’s Group”

“I went in today to have my 2012 Lexus Is250 looked at for damage caused by a different shop. And possible rodent damage. Jorge was amazing! Did a thorough inspection for rodents and ran diagnostic's , discovered the issue. Unfortunately because of my aftermarket products he wasn’t able to help which is completely understandable! He gave amazing insight on what to do next which is why i came! I highly would recommend this shop to anyone!”

“I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Elk Grove Ford. Clay, our salesperson was personable, honest and very knowledgeable. Buying vehicles is so stressful and he was patient with me and all of my questions and made the experience a pleasant one. Manny helped us through the buying process and was awesome as well. He made us feel very comfortable and made the process a breeze. It was the first time paperwork wasn't so boring. I highly recommend Elk Grove Ford!”

“I have always come to Spee-Dee for car maintance, but they really went above and beyond with my last service. My car battery died at work and Autozone wasn't able to access the battery to check it due to the way the battery sits under the hood. I called 5 minutes before closing to see if they could check the charge. Not only did they stay to check it, they went to get a new battery and install the same evening. I just started a new job the day before and have no PTO, they have no idea how much they saved me from having a hassle of car repairs while needing to make it to work. Beyond grateful for their service.”

“I brought my vehicle in for an inspection. I first would like to state that I did not have an appointment. They said 2 hour wait. That would've been fine. It was 4 hours. I suspected my brakes and/or rotors would need attention. They said the front 2 brakes and rotors needed to be replaced. Fine. Extra 90 minutes. Grand total of 5 and a half hours spent there. Service was good. Staff was friendly. The only reason it was 4, instead of 5 stars, was simply the unacceptable amount of time spent there.”
